   PLEASE READ I think they are terrible managing agents, more than 30% higher than our previous agents and in my opinion the service is much worse - dirty windows, rubbish all over our car park, broken bins etc. We were forced to change agents without any consultation with the residents - only 3 out of 36 of the property owners agreed so I think the reasons for that are obviously questionable. I asked why cost was so high and they said they needed a larger ‘emergency fund’ but refused to agree to lower the cost once this amount has been raised so I think this is just a loophole that they exploit to force money out of people. Even before any payments were late, they were already threatening me with debt collectors if money wasn’t paid on time. They completely ignore emails about issues that I raise unless it involves giving them money. I believe that will not let any more directors be appointed in order to have a say in the day to day issues that we have which is blocking the residents having any control excluding the 3 I mentioned earlier, all of who refuse to let any other residents have any say. I would recommend all people to avoid using this company as your managing agents.

He was SO helpful at every stage of the process recommending decorators etc for her new flat that we used - so the whole process was smooth and relatively stress- free.
