The apartment was not well maintained. The whole building was filled with the smell of curry, indicating the ventilation was very poor. The room was also very old, with old walls, furniture and appliances. They should repaint at least.
I had a wonderful experience staying at Pioneer Point. The apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained, offering a great living environment. One of the highlights is the entertainment suite, which you can easily book for parties or get-togethers—such a fantastic addition for hosting friends and family. Cassie, the building manager, was incredibly helpful throughout my time there, always going above and beyond to assist with anything I needed. Tinusha also made the onboarding process smooth and hassle-free, which made settling in so much easier. Daniyal, the security personnel, was always attentive and ensured that the building remained safe and secure, giving residents peace of mind. Overall, it was a great place to live, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place with great support from the management team.
Without a doubt, the nicest accomodation in London. Fairly priced with plenty of amenities. The staff is very kind and helpful. Shane and Fahad are the best folks around.
Fully furnished rental apartments and a view to die for if you're lucky to be on the 26th floor and facing London.
Just moved into PP this week and have got to say it has been a great experience so far. Fahad and Alida at the front desk are also very friendly and welcoming. I had some issues with parking during move in day which delayed things but once that was sorted I was able to get into the area without any issues. Rent is quite high but I guess that is the norm. Its in a really good location around pretty much everything you need. I would say that the condition of the flat wasn't the best. The carpets and sofa had many stains which they claim could not be removed, but I was able to after some elbow grease. I get they have to turn these flats around very quickly so they cannot be that thoroughly deep cleaned, but it would be nice to have a stain free apartment when paying almost £2k a month in rent.

Nicely built modern building with easy access facilities such as a cinema. The flats are very homely, affordable and have great views. The maintenance team are also terrific when needed, especially Nezir! Overall great place to live + right next to a station
The most iconic building in Eastern London. It’s a residential building with fully furnished apartments available. The two towers of the building give it a unique aesthetic view on the skyline. The apartments are very good, neatly built with state of the art appliances fit in. You just move in and start residing. The rents are pretty high considering the city and location but it’s totally worth it. The building is mainly an attraction spot for its view of the city from all the apartments. There’s a community complex at ground floor with different facilities available for the residents round the clock. There’s a pool table, a gaming section with Xbox & PlayStation and a small cinema that can be availed at primo notice.
