“My first time in London and the experience was Excellent and Amazing. The beds and the washrooms were very clean. There is also a morning brrakfast. The staff were very helpful. Ask for Harun, he will guide you on alot of questions you may have. The hotel is literally less than a minute walk to the Seven Kings train station on the Elizabeth line that comes directly to and from Heathrow airport. Easy transportation towards Central London and other places you may need to visit via the tube. Many restaurants and cafes are available nearby, you have plenty of options to choose from. If you are in London and need a safe place to sleep and take a shower, this is the hotel for you.”

The customer service is consistently top-class, and the location is perfect, especially for business stays and meetings. A special thank you to Mr. Stephan, the General Manager, and his amazing team for always looking after me and my friends whenever we visit. Their warm hospitality truly makes a difference. The coffee shop attached to the hotel also deserves a mention — they serve the best coffee in town! “I am really disappointed to see thar some reviews people have said this is a 2 star hotel. There are crazy ilford travelodge is the best hotel in east london for me its 5 star. The service we get every time is the best. We always come to this hotel and without a blink we get everything' we asks for . The location is the best 5 mins away from the station shops near by. Rooms are always clean. And the staff especially these guys are what hotels are made off. Starting with lira running the place with a special mention to sabrina,tammy, emannuela, amit, shadab, adriano, alina, ashif. Giffty. The room was tidy, comfortable, and perfect for a good night's rest after a busy day in London. A special shoutout to Jayne, who truly made the experience exceptional. Is such a lovely guy really help full and we always have a chat . I recomend this hotel close to station short commute to Stratford. Good price for what u get really reasonable. “Excellent place to stay. I went to London for meetings and work and I really liked this place. Very comfortable place, room and bed, and reasonable prices which is much appreciated. There is a fridge available in each room and it was really quiet, I slept really well. There are 3 Wi-Fi connections, it was great to work remotely. Additionally the location is well connected with the Metro line, I will definitely come back again. Congratulations!”

“We reserved 2 rooms and spent 2 nights over the weekend. The cost was fair, and the staff were very accommodating. They took care of the parking situation in the middle of the night. The 2 rooms were situated close together as we had requested during the booking. Additionally, the hotel's location provides easy access to the train station for commuting to London, which is great. I would definitely recommend it.”

The rooms were is good condition and kept clean, and they provided a breakfast service which served freshly cooked hot means. I was initially concerned, since reading negative reviews. Needless to say I think they have reevaluated their selves and made improvements, therefore in the whole it's rather decent for a 2-star hotel.”
