Amenities – Highlight the kind of amenities the hotel offers. If there is a pool, spa, gym, restaurant, or bar you are going to want to mention that. As well as free breakfast. Rooms – Inform consumers of the types of rooms you have and point out if they are accessible, spacious, modern, or well-appointed. Include as many details as possible such as “hot burner plates available upon request, detailed size information on the height of beds and furniture in all rooms, and floor levels to find those specific rooms”. This helps non-disabled individuals and individuals with disabilities who seek that information. Rates – Be sure to include information about special rates and discounts that may be available, especially around holidays and other special event days. Service – Go into detail on the kind of service guests can expect. For example, you can state that your staff is friendly and efficient or offer airport shuttle or concierge service. Highlighting services is also a great opportunity to share a little bit about the history of the hotel. And make sure to mention any unique selling points or awards the hotel may have received for its service. Overall experience – Display the hotel’s overall feeling or atmosphere it wants to represent to consumers. For families, hotels can say that their hotel is warm and inviting. For business travelers, hotels can say their hotel is luxurious and sophisticated.

Very nice hotel. I had stayed with my 4 months old son he really liked it which made me like it a lot. Stuff was very helpful and understanding. Clean place and very good price. I enjoy staying there.

Rooms were fairly clean and contained everything we needed - extra pillow, shampoo, extra toilet paper. Would stay again and recommend for anyone wanting a basic room for a reasonable price.

horrible and unsafe place to stay. i stayed with my son here after an emeregncy with transport and there were people coming in and out of the front door, being let in by other guests. constant knocking on front door. obvious some level of prostituion happening and felt very frigthened and scared. a man slept in his car in the car park and every few hours turned his car on and lights which lit up the room we were staying in and it was very very very noise to say the least. disgusting place to stay and not recommend for children. very unsafe.

Hardly a hotel. To say basic would be doing them a favour. A quick whizz round with Henry Hoover's great grandad appears to be the order of the day, I say day but it's only upon guests leaving. Obviously the attachments escaped some time ago as the carpet by the skirting boards hasn't seen a vacuum for some time. People say that you get what you pay for, but not in this case.

For the price it's an excellent clean location with free parking. Yes it seems a little basic but the staff have always gone above and beyond and for a short stay with all facilities it really does help. Great little place with a range of facilities that make the stay easier. Also well located in ilford so easy access to the ilford, green lane and back to the A406 and A13 if needed. Would highly recommend as my stay was pleasantly surprising.
