1. Hurry up shrimp ★☆☆☆☆

   Worst ever! The room was awful, bathroom even worse. Right after the Check in I‘ve noticed the lack of towels in the bathroom, upon requesting some from the reception the answer was, we don‘t have towels for you just use the toilet paper. The water from the faucet and shower was freezing, so two days without showering, the breakfast was scary so just stick with coffee. Never again! Take a couple of quid more into your next hotel visit!

   I was sent by waltham forest cancel to this hotal and it's so dusting and I had to planed about mosquitoes in the room and there is bed bugs and their trying to say the hotal had no bed bugs I had to.lwave with.my daughter becausenof the bed bugs and the mosquitoes this hotal is so bad to be in I told by other tent that there rats and crockrachies I would not recommend for anyone to go to this hotal

   I am extremely concerned about the conditions of this facility and the way families placed here by the council are being treated. The standard of service is deeply inadequate, and the environment is far from what one would expect for temporary accommodation in a developed country. Many of the staff, with only a few exceptions, display unprofessional and, at times, intimidating behavior. There seems to be a lack of training and understanding of how to support vulnerable families with dignity and respect. The breakfast provided is neither nutritious nor prepared with proper hygiene standards, raising serious health and safety concerns. The kitchen facilities, in particular, appear to be in urgent need of inspection by independent environmental health officers. Overall, the services provided here fall well below acceptable standards. I strongly believe a formal investigation by the council is warranted into how this place is managed, how residents are treated, and whether it meets the criteria for safe and suitable accommodation. This is not a facility that should be operating in its current state, and urgent improvements or potential closure should be considered in the public interest.

   The most disgusting hotel in London. The rooms were shabby and full of damp. Bathroom had no clean shower, no proper soap and no toilet paper. Narrow and congested hallways with old creaky stairs. Children were running and screaming and staff did nothing to stop it. WORST HOTEL EVER.

   Unfortunatly this is a very poor hotel, some of the staff here are good, however the main boss is rude and disrespectful. The cleaning situation is diabolical, say they will change your sheets, just give your sheets to the room next door. The dining area is where visitors are allowed to come, however it is always dirty and not good for getting school work done. How can this be the standard, I know they dont care because they are getting paied by the counsil. Should be investigated.

   No option to manage the heater. The whole night we suffered due to too much heat. Power sockets aren't easy to access for charging mobiles. Poor!!

   Hotel is decent, rooms are good size but some are smelly, bathrooms are tight too but a good place to crash at and you also get free breakfast buffet with 4-5 items. Staff is really nice and helpful

   The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. My mother was unwell and had to spend a lot of time indoors during our stay. The staff made sure she was comfortable and catered to all our special requests. A special Thank you to Maria at reception. She is lovely, helpful and always smiling.
