An extremely bad hotel. I spoke with them before going there, and when we arrived, we found out that it is actually several houses joined together with rooms — it is not a proper hotel. We were told we had to pay a deposit, but if we paid by card, we would get it back only after 4–5 working days, which I did not agree with. I had to go out and waste time looking for an ATM to withdraw cash so they could give it back to me the next morning; otherwise, I would have had to wait a long time for the bank transaction. After all this, when we entered the so-called room, it was colder than outside. In December, the radiator was turned off, and I couldn’t sleep for 3–4 hours until the room finally warmed up because it was extremely cold. The hygiene was also very poor — it smelled very bad as soon as we opened the door, a heavy and unpleasant smell. I do not recommend this place. You can find something much, much better than paying money and getting conditions like these.

Usually I don't leave reviews, but in this case I must as our stay over at the hotel has surpassed our expectations. Despite all the other reviews being relatively harsh our stay (2 adults 1 child) had been phenomenal. All you would require in a simple hotel will be provided here (comfortable beds, bath towels, breakfast etc.). Our room only had three minor issues: No toilet lock (shouldn't be an issue if your staying with people you trust), carpet was ripped a little (they duct taped it and honestly you don't notice it after a while), no shower head holder (because we had to use the other shower head, yes they had two in our bathroom, literally no issue holding it by hand). This hotel is also only a 10 minute walk away from the elizabeth line station, allowing you to head west straight into London within 30 minutes. Staff had been incredible and always very friendly. Room service working every single day, and had always been super friendly. Keycard for the room needs to be charged everyday as well since the room service people get access by using another charged card (if your not inside your room already). Literally the most convenient hotel, as you also have bus stops right behind you. Great bang for buck. Good luck on your next stay here as a customer. Wishing the company great success.

Excellent place to stay. I went to London for meetings and work and I really liked this place. Very comfortable place, room and bed, and reasonable prices which is much appreciated. There is a fridge available in each room and it was really quiet, I slept really well. There are 3 Wi-Fi connections, it was great to work remotely. Additionally the location is well connected with the Metro line, I will definitely come back again. Congratulations!

I had a very bad experience during my recent stay. The reception staff treated us extremely poorly. After arriving, completing all the procedures, and paying the security deposit, I was suddenly informed that my room was unavailable due to maintenance work. Instead, they arranged accommodation for me at another location, which was a 10-minute walk away. My wife and I struggled to find this new place in the cold night. When we finally reached the new location, the staff there behaved very rudely. They did not even show us the room. They simply handed me the key and pointed in the general direction. When I couldn’t find the room and asked for help, they reacted angrily and treated us with complete disrespect. The room we were given was much smaller and far worse than the one shown at the time of booking. We could not sleep the entire night because of a terrible noise coming from the heater. Overall, we had a very bad experience. I also noticed another customer at the reception facing the same rude behaviour from the staff, which shows that this is not an isolated incident. I am extremely disappointed and expect you to look into this matter seriously.

This was by far the worst hotel my family and I have stayed at. We booked 3 rooms and were told we had interconnecting rooms. At check in we discovered we were in 3 different buildings. One of the room smelt of poo it was so bad - after much debate they agreed to change the room. Another guest told us his room had to be changed too as he found faeces in his bin - wonder if this was the room they gave us :(. It was agreed at booking we could have a late checkout at 12pm instead of 11am. We were then being harassed by housekeeping at 11am. The manager then advised he had no knowledge of a agreed late check out. I then paid £20 for 1 of the rooms for checkout at 1pm. This was necessary as we were in London for a wedding. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone it is worse than a budget hotel. They do not provide fans in rooms and we stayed during summer. Avoid like the plague if you can.

It's the worst hotel ever I've been to, the manager is a cunning person, they're just making money. Why there isn't check and balance? I'm a pakistani but why there's a pakistani manager? We aren't good at doing this stuff at all. Please don't spoil your money while staying here.. I'll write to relevant departments soon against this hotel and it's management as well.

We got placed here as the hotel we had booked had no spaces so they transferred us here... It was quite unhygienic (the stairs looked like they'd not seen a hoover in months) and dated. We awoke to a horrible strong fried smell which lasted hours from about 6am till about 8.30am. we actually left the hotel early by one night as we could not stand the idea of smelling this monstrous smell for a second morning. It wouldn't have been a choice to book this place.

The worst place we have ever stayed at. We were booked in for two nights paying an extra fee for full English breakfast. At check in they take £50 as a deposit (despite full payment made online) Once all that is done they inform we are to be placed at a sister hotel which they state has free parking, which is in a busier part of town. We come to this hotel and there is no parking at all and we have an offer for a sandwich for breakfast when money was taken for a full English and parking ?? They refuse to refund our money despite us having to pay money , faced with the most unfriendly staff that is not willing to help customers. Never would recommend. Very unprofessional staff !

The location was great. Walking distance to the train station, shops and local park. The staff weren't friendly but weren't rude either. I understand why though. There are alot of very weird people staying at this hotel. I probably wouldn't want to communicate with them either. The room was not good enough. Biggest problem being the black mold covering the bathroom. The window in the bathroom didn't close. The internet was a huge issue. It was slow and had terrible reception. Inside the room my phone had terrible reception aswell. There was alot of noise coming from above us during the night. As if someone was walking around unable to sleep. This was very annoying for my wife who struggled to sleep because of it. No coat hangers in the wardrobe, no clue why. Positively, the room had a kettle and a microwave with a few coffees and teas provided. We had clean towels everyday. The heater was brilliant and worked effectively. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful when we requested a second duvet. The breakfast situation was okay. The dining room was cramped but we had seating every morning. There was a nice variety of English style breakfast, hot tea and coffee, cereals, bread, toast, jams, milk and orange/apple juice. Nothing was of a high standard. But it was better food than we expected. I wouldn't stay there again. But it is worth the money.
