   It’s my 2nd time to stay on this hotel but the same review that I can give, 1 star is really generous for the experience - the girl receptionist is very rude and unhelpful. - I asked if they have microwave to reheat a food but she said there is non in the hotel, which is really impossible! Would you believe??? - No kettle, no coffee or anything inside the room. - No soap, no shampoo and no hand sanitizer in the the toilet/shower room. - No aircon , No heater, No fan. - No remote for the TV. - TV keep losing signal. - I can hear the water flush from upstairs. - Room is a bit stinky as no ventilation. - 11am is the checkout time, but only 10am staff are knocking the door to checkout. - Breakfast not much of a choice, it’s only like £2 breakfast they have.

   Stayed once, unfortunately not the cleanest hotel. Hotels are usually clean, this one is the odd one out. Carpet and even the quilt had yellow stains. Lack of plugs to use the kettle. One was behind the tv on the wall which can't push out too much to access it cus it might come off the wall, didn't want to do any damage. Didn't think where guests would use the kettle. The water in the shower pressure was very weak. The girl at the reception should have a training how to greet and at least acknowledge customers when they come in dont let them wait to be served in silence. People waited like invisible.

   Room was clean and cleaned daily with new towels provided. Had trouble with shower not draining, but was promptly moved to another room. Room is quite small so is the bathroom. But ok for the price. Not enough outlets.

   Cozy, friendly staff, clean, near the bus route and a short walk from the train station. Breakfast buffet is amazing

   They had the smallest room I have stayed in although my time travelling. they have free breakfast in the morning but after that the kitchen would close till the next day. They have free WiFi which is a good thing if you need to call home

   It should be ilegal to rent out these room. There is an extreme high amount of damp is the room which makes it very hard to breathe. We have checked out after 10 minutes as was impossible to stay there. They have refused to give us a refund. I guess will see them in court.

   Hotel needs updating, Room was too hot, even with the window open.Too much noise, people coming and going in the early hrs, slamming doors, shouting. Some friendly staff. I did not have a good night sleep in the 7 nights I was here. .The only good thing was the Breakfast, freshly cooked, and Angela was GREAT, very friendly and funny.

   The Cranford is located in Ilford which is one of the roughest areas in London. The room I stayed in was very small and there was nowhere to hang your clothes or do much else. The shower worked fine and the water pressure was good. The Wi-Fi at the hotel cut in and out and the rooms were very hot even with the window open. The staff were friendly though and did their best.
