Absolutely diabolical company, gave them a property to manage and apart from collecting their fees they did nothing else, in 4 years never visited the property and allowed it to fall into disrepair! Tenants are sick of dealing with them too. They don't reply back to either calls or emails, Haroon Raja is a disaster to deal with. Dishonest, unprofessional and utterly disgusting attitude. I do not recommend this company to any potential landlord. I am pretty certain that most of the positive reviews here are fake, there seems to be a pattern that every time someone leaves them an honest critical review they follow it with a flurry of positive ones.
Reasonable price for my flat with them in Ilford. I went to few agencies before coming to Property Link and I have been with them for about one year and I'm happy with the rent and their overall services. Highly recommended.
