Made a mistake and chose the wrong date. Hotel refused to refund me, even though I called moments after the mistake. Would black list if I could.
Overall great experience. Friendly staff. Rooms very clean. Air conditioning was fantastic. Had a wonderful sleep. Staff reminded me for breakfast and it was good. Location of hotel is the best for bus travellers and train station walking distance.
Room was small, but clean and comfortable. The windows opened and the aircon worked well. Staff were very friendly. Great location near Seven Kings station. Was a bit odd having to leave room key at reception though...
Excellent place to stay at a reasonable price . Clean room and bathroom ( recently renovated ) . Kind and frendly staff . Great location very close to the underground station . Meny shops în the area . It was a pleasant stay. I definitely recomand it .
My first time in London and the experience was Excellent and Amazing. The beds and the washrooms were very clean. There is also a morning brrakfast. The staff were very helpful. Ask for Harun, he will guide you on alot of questions you may have. The hotel is literally less than a minute walk to the Seven Kings train station on the Elizabeth line that comes directly to and from Heathrow airport. Easy transportation towards Central London and other places you may need to visit via the tube. Many restaurants and cafes are available nearby, you have plenty of options to choose from. If you are in London and need a safe place to sleep and take a shower, this is the hotel for you.
Don't look any further for a budget friendly hotel......it ticks all the boxes for: cleanliness of the rooms and overall upkeep of the hotel, wonderful full English breakfast, pocket friendly, a hop, skip and jump from the underground and bus service!!! This is the rage!!! Keep it up!!!
I stayed in Blue Sapphire hotel for 10 days in October , 2022 in a single room. I booked this hotel directly by contacting them and they were kind enough to offer a discounted price for which is far less than the one quoted by the websites, which i generally use to book hotels. Though it is bit far from the Heathrow airport , The hotel is just infront of Seven Kings station and is a very good choice for tourists who want to stay in a budget yet decent hotel and roam around London.They provide good continental breakfast and also there are few food outlets nearby serving Pakistan/Indian kind of food.The staff was very supportive and i highly recommend this hotel.
I booked this hotel very last minute and I am happy I did so. You really get everything that’s in description of the room. Staff was very friendly and I felt like at home. It was also safe! Front desk is 24/7 so whenever you need to go in or out you don’t have to bother with codes nor key cards to enter the hotel. One staff member is always there and the doors are open via reception. You never wait until they open or let you out, I really liked this. The room was so clean, I actually thought this hotel was built few days ago. Carpets were clean, bathroom was clean and sanitized, towels were provided, breakfast was delicious. Overall great for short term as well as long term stays. The hotel is located 1 to 2 minutes away by foot from Seven Kings station, the Elizabeth line. At first, I thought to myself - how long until I find the hotel? Immediately when you exit the station you see the name on the building, if you look right in front of you. You can’t get lost. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel because in terms of hospitality, cleanliness, price, and security I couldn’t choose a better option. I can’t wait to stay at Blue Sapphire Hotel again!
Good value, clean, modern, close to train station. Didn't spend much time in the area. The layout of the building is strange, it had little unused common/kitchen areas. I think it might have originally been built as accommodation for the 2012 Olympics
Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms clean and tidy. Found breakfast just right, not fussy, just a good basic choice well presented and cooked. Great value for money. Would happily stay again.
