   My overall experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We stayed there for 8 days, and even during our stay, the service was unacceptable. The housekeeping staff, a Bengali woman, refused to properly clean our room. She stood at the door and told us to “clean the room and give me the bin,” making it clear she wasn’t willing to do her job. This was our first bad experience, but we ignored it because we liked the hotel and hoped things would improve. Unfortunately, things only got worse. When we later tried to book a room again, the manager was incredibly rude. We were dealing with a difficult situation with our house, and I asked him to please speak with my landlord so everything could be sorted out. Instead, he responded in a very dismissive and disrespectful way, saying, “I can’t talk to anyone, I am busy.” He refused to listen to us at all. We were simply trying to make a booking, but he kept insisting we book online and wouldn’t help us in person. We were already struggling to find somewhere to stay, and his attitude made the situation even more stressful. Overall, the customer service was unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude. After this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for respectful and supportive staff.

   Nice looking hotel in the center of Ilford. No drinking water bottles is provided in the room. Bathroom is clean. Bedroom is clean but carpet on the corners turn off the bedroom could be cleaned. Break first not a lot of choice. Going to my bedroom on the ground floor as you opened the hallway door there's a step and I tripped over. I told the management they said it's like this. It could be with signage and ramp to make it safe

   I loved this place. Room was huge. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was great. Breakfast was an unexpected bonus. Only down side is no bar or restaurant but there are loads literally next door and free parking over the road, at the weekend.

   Really good hotel for the price. Room was clean with good facilities and very friendly staff. Although we didn't make use of it, there was a complimentary breakfast every morning during our stay which was an unexpected surprise as I had no idea when booking. Definitely very good value for money considering what you get. Location is good with plenty of food options and Goodmayes station being a minute down the road. For anyone driving, off-street parking is free after 6:30pm (free all day Sunday) or there is a car park opposite the hotel which is free all weekend which was handy for us since our stay was over the weekend. The only improvement I'd like to see is AC in the rooms or at least a window that opens. The fan provided was good to help keep cool but the room got very stuffy and humid as the ventilation isn't the best and the window is just a glass panel that doesn't open. Other than that, had a good experience during our stay here.

   Decent hotel not too far from central London by train. You've very much getting what you pay for here, so manage expectations, but the value at the time of writing is actually very good. My room was quite well sized and comfortable enough, although I found the bed to be on the firm side, and everything is clean. The aircon was quiet an unobtrusive. There was a walkway beside my window so there was some street noise. Staff are friendly and efficient, with no issues encountered. The hotel is less than 2 minutes walk to Goodmayes station, which will get you into London quickly. The area itself has a strong middle-eastern vibe, with lots of barbers, restaurants, convenience stores catering to that. Overall, a good value no frills hotel for the customer on a budget.

   Friendly staff, everything else is poor. Stained sheets, towels are very old and smell damp. Bed was terrible first night with springs sticking out of it, they did change to slightly better one next day when requested. Shower is fantastic very good pressure and hot as cab be. Rooms are dusty and need carpets changing desperately.

   I booked a hotel stay through delta at ilford hotel from jan 25-31 . First night I found some ants on the bed, said and did nothing. Second night woke up around 4am with ants on my face and night stand. Contacted delta helpline was told I should talk with the manager and that my booking was nonrefundable but should call if nothing was done, so I did as told. Nothing was done and Could barely sleep the night of the 27th soo bad I had to check out morning of 28th with the manager telling me it was nonrefundable and won't be getting my money back. This is not a good experience with this being my first time in UK ever in my life. I need a refund for having to stay in an ant infested hotel with having a heart condition. This is not as fair as I was expecting to be treated. The only pro for the hotel is that its 1 mins walk from the train station and the staffs are nice. Besides that I won't recommend anyone staying at this hotel especially if you plan on more than one night.

   Nice hotel Friday staff really clean but the beds are awful 3 night stay and absolutely awful sleep. The hotels great but be mindful there’s there’s no hotel parking so you have to parking in the road if you can find space or it’s the carpark. Plenty of shops nearby and station going to London and bus service is good.

   The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room they gave us had ants in it. Then they shifted us to another room, which still had ants in it. I even saw ants in the dinning area where they serve breakfast. I hope they are able to fix this for the future, but I won't be staying there again.

   Cleanliness: 8 Very clean rooms. Housekeeping every single day, even without requesting. Comfort: 7 The room is small size. Comfortable beds. Not soundproof enough. Facilities: 5 No fridge. No gym or pool. No parking area. Location: 8 - The location is very good, near a lot of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. - A nearby bus and underground stations. Staff: 8 Great hospitality from all the staff. Very polite and respectful staff. Breakfast: 6 Breakfast is below average, with very limited and mostly cold choices. WiFi: 10 Very good WiFi connection, with high speed. Value for Money: 7 Worth the price, specially when you see much lesser hotels with the same or even higher prices around the same region.
