Rented with the agency. They are very quick in their responses . I am with them from last 3 years faced no issues , they conduct inspection after every 3 months. Lucky to have agency Just Move Ltd!!!!
Deposit Stolen & Extortion Attempt After Bedbug Nightmare! Just Move LTD (Rented Property on IG1 1TF) stole our deposit after we were forced to leave a bedbug-infested property and blaming us for the leakage which was under the showering area surface and that happened because they didn’t did maintenance before giving us the property to rent.We paid for 3 to 4 times for bedbugs professional treatments from our own pockets that failed. They promised deposit info in 2 weeks, but after 2 months, they sent a £1800 bill, demanding more money instead of returning our deposit and blaming us for the us for pre-exciting issues. Avoid this agency!❌❌❌❌
Very bad experience with this agency. Please all people avoid this agency. Our deposit still not giving back and we call and mail this agency but not answering.

Avoid this agency – Unprofessional and Dishonest! I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by this agency. We faced a severe bed bug infestation at the property and, despite hiring three different pest control services and spending around £600, the issue remained unresolved. Due to the unlivable conditions, we had no choice but to leave. The agency initially promised to return our deposit within two weeks, but it has now been over two months, and we have received nothing. Instead, they sent us a bill for pre-existing damages that were already present before we moved in. When we tried to contact them, they either ignored our messages or simply said, "We will get back to you," without any real action. Their lack of professionalism, failure to honor their commitments, and complete disregard for tenants’ rights make them highly untrustworthy. I strongly advise others to stay away from this agency.
