   It's been several years since I rented through them, so it may be different now, but they were slow to respond to issues, kept our deposit outside a deposit scheme for a few days which I think is illegal, and were unhelpful explaining the details of why they didn't return our full deposit. They didn't even show up to our viewing when we first tried to visit the house.

   Northview helped me find a room in a shared house at the beginning of the pandemic 2years ago. The move in process was seamless; they were responsive when we needed to have something fixed in the house and really proactive when it came to the communal spaces (kitchen, garden...). After 2years, I moved out last month to the North of England for work purpose. They literally reminded me to send my bank details so they can send back my full deposit and they did send it back. I highly recommend their services if you are looking for professionals with good "people skill" in London.

   I had numerous issues with several letting agents with a property I was renting. I passed it on to Spiros and in five years himself and Elena have taken one less stress in my life. The rent has never been late once, any small issues they just deal with and put on my statement whereas bigger costs like when my boiler had to be replaced they contacted me first so I had the option to see if I could find it cheaper elsewhere. Top marks for Spiros and Elena......and mr William!

The team has really provided me with the best of the best,from the first conversation to collecting the keys of my flat. They have always been able to be a great middle man between me and the landlord when negotiating the rent and the contract in general. I am very please with their services and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a property in London.
