I was renting a studio flat with this agency and they made everything so smooth and helped me with anything I needed regarding the studio flat I was renting. The all team are very professional and very helpful with anything you request. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrific estate agents. We suffered with toxic black mould and carpet beetles for our year as tenants for One to One estate agents. They evicted us on the grounds that we complained too much about several issues in the flat, including the black mould which they did not remove, they just painted over! They informed us we had to move out so they could carry out renovations which they did not - We have found out there is a new couple living in there and all they did was paint over the black mould that covered the walls of every single room. We hope that they don’t suffer with the same health issues that we developed over our time in the property. If those tenants are reading this, you should leave ASAP because winters are awful in the property and the landlords do NOT care about your health and well-being. We don’t want you to suffer like we did. The cleaner they hired has not only stolen our mail, but has stolen belongings from other tenants including an apple MacBook and jewellery. They owe us money and we are considering taking legal action. The employee who dealt with our issues, called Francesca is quite frankly a terrible human being, with ZERO empathy. Now that we have moved and are under an estate agents that are very reputable - They actually care and will get things done, we have never been happier.

All good. Francesca was always very responsive to my emails during the 18 month tenancy. Plus, the refund of the deposit was received within a few days of the end of the tenancy. No complaints.
