Struggled to sell my flat after over 4 months of pushing/chasing. Taken every recommendation. They eventually reduce the weekly calls and I have perceived a sense of being tiresome and an inconvenience for them. Had enough and will try another reputable estate agent and accept a slightly higher fee.
