   I rented a flat through James Pendleton for a few years, and it was the most seamless and easy experience I’ve ever had with an estate agent in London. Special thank you to James Smith who was always so quick to come back to any emails we sent, and fix any issues efficiently. He offered us some great advice throughout and we are extremely grateful! We were able to completely rely on James and the team, and would recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the Clapham/Balham area.

   We had the pleasure of dealing with James Pendleton Balham during a prolonged tenancy in London. They have been nothing but professional, kind and efficient. We would like to thank James Smith, who has always been polite, communicative and effective as a property manager. We are very grateful to Sharon Chattalis, whose kindness and sensitivity during a stressful period in our tenancy was enormously appreciated. A solution was found that seemed to be in all parties’ best interests – I don’t think the outcome would have been the same without Sharon’s approach. Special thanks to Chris, who was so helpful to us when he was under no obligation to be – we are very grateful. The team at JP Balham have brought a very human approach to renting in London, which we were not expecting, and are very thankful for.

   Couldn’t recommend James Pendleton enough. I’ve moved a few times now but the team at the Clapham South branch are some of the best I’ve worked with. On viewing a house, Elliot came across very professional, easy going and not pushy at all. He knew all his facts about the property and spent time talking us through some key points. He was so impressive that I decided to put my property up for sale with the team and the experience was more of the same! Elliot, Amelia and Kirsty were all incredibly responsive, smart and helpful, managing to sell the property in a matter of weeks and made the process through to completion seamless.    My partner and I moved into a property managed by James Pendleton at the end of July. We've previously only rented directly from landlords, and this was our first experience working with a property manager. Samuel Phillips, Senior Property Manager at the Balham Hill office has been exemplary and continues to go above and beyond to ensure we are happy in our home. He is incredibly timely, efficient and has been extremely thorough in getting our new place ready for us. He has built an excellent relationship with our landlord and we are so grateful for how wonderful a partner he has been to us during our move and throughout our time at the property thus far. Samuel is a credit to the company and is the reason I would highly recommend James Pendleton to other folks looking to rent - he clearly loves his job and he does it incredibly well. So glad to have him looking after us in our new home. Thank you for everything, Samuel - you're brilliant!

My sale fell through twice and on each occasion they arranged a flurry of viewings and rapidly obtained a range of new offers.
