Super disappointed that this time I get the "luxury" 2 bed apartment for £120 a night in Maze Hill with no TV. Was looking forward to relaxing and watching a film - but apparently luxury doesn't mean a TV should be taken for granted.
Nice apparently,close to greenwich park,cutty sark and shops . Maze hill train station about a 10 minute walk.
Only thing worse than the hospitality is the service of this property manager. Their communication is poor and they are currently withholding my money for a stay that I never attended despite their promise of returning the funds. I have spoken to several of them and the manager has been the rudest and refuses to honour what they agreed in refunding. They also ask for a £300 deposit so that they can decide what they will use your money to pay for their next client.
Good location, very good equipment and comfortable beds. The apartment is spacious and well-kept. All necessary utensils are in place, the bathroom is of a good standard.
Worst rooms
I wouldn't advise booking this property. I had to cancel due to Covid issues - having tired to contact the owners countless amounts of times they ignored each call. As I paid upfront im sure it was in their interest to not respond. Poor customer service.

-No Microwave -No TV -lack of mirrors apart from in bathrooms Not a good experience. Parent must there for permission if anyone is under age.
Didn't actually get a chance to stay here. Card wouldn't accept the transaction which has never happened to me before, but when i called the property to suggest an alternative they told me "they can't accept cash payments as no cash is to be in the building" ??? They take a 300 pound CASH deposit, so not sure how much i believe this. Man i spoke to was rude and unhelpful. Would not suggest booking unless certain. There are plenty of other places in the area.
