Management quality has deteriorated since a year ago. Under staffed. Facilities are not accessible after working hours and weekend. Rentals have increased by 30% since the last year. Great size unit and well furnished but with the price, get something else with 24 hrs access to facilities.
A great place to call “home”. The building staff are professionals and always friendly and quick to respond to our needs. The atmosphere is amazing starting from the entrance with lovely setting to a coffee room with a nice hall for entertainment indoor and outdoor for the tenants to use and beautifully furnished. The apartment is elegantly furnished and spacious with all what you may think of is available starting from the kitchen stuff to the bedrooms. The location is great and safe area near shopping, restaurants, and transportations. I will highly recommend this place to others.

We had a great time in the spacious apartment. As a family of five it is sometimes hard to get a nice place, but this was perfect. Our apartment had 2 bedrooms, a living room (with an extra bed), a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was that we had to take public transport to get into town and therefore experienced the london rush hour.
Great location for our weekend, going to the O2. The apartment was spotless as we're all the public areas. All the staff were excellent, so helpful from arrival to departure. Car parking excellent. I will certainly be staying here again.
