   Went with Sovereign House after a poor experience with a larger London wide agency. They were fantastic from start to finish with our whole sale from viewing to completion. Clear communication at every step. Viewings, especially, were booked with consideration (very much appreciated as we had a 6 month old baby at the time). Makes me wonder why I didn't go local from the start. If you are selling in E9 they are a no brainer. Highly recommended!

From our first conversation, he gave me honest advice—that the market wasn’t ideal for selling and suggested I continue renting instead. At the time, I assumed he wasn’t interested in handling the sale, so I went with another agent who told me the market was strong and I could easily get my asking price. After four months and only three viewings, I ended up renting the property out again. Some time later, I decided to contact James again—and I’m so glad I did. He sold the flat quickly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Looking back, his initial advice was absolutely right and showed he genuinely had my best interests at heart.    We worked with James Walpole to sell our home in Victoria Park Village. We spoke with a lot of estate agents, but ended up going with James as he seemed the most knowledgeable, honest, and even-keeled (I hate overly sales-y people who rabbit on about nothing and throw numbers out there and hope they stick...). James provided great oversight to his valuation process and the steps that would be taken to sell our home. He also provided details around Sovereign House's contract which was very helpful when deciding what agency to go with. All of this set James and Sovereign House apart from other agencies.    Sovereign House Estate Agents are pretty unique. We have been knowing them for more than 20 years as we bought our house in Victoria Park through them and then sold it through them. Agents have changed, but not their ethos, their professionalism and their human qualities.
