I’ve lived at Luxe Tower for almost two years, paying premium rent, but the living standards here are far from what one would expect. • The building becomes unbearably hot in summer, with indoor temperatures regularly exceeding 40°C due to poor cooling and ventilation. • The bin room has never been fixed during my time here. It’s unhygienic and frequently used by homeless individuals who reside / drug use, which makes residents feel unsafe. • There is a hostel directly opposite the building that is extremely noisy, adding to the daily frustration of living here. • Management and the concierge, particularly Elena Rogoveanu, have been unhelpful and discriminatory. Issues are not addressed, and instead of offering solutions, she has been consistently rude and disrespectful toward residents. • Lifts are frequently broken For a property marketed as “Luxe” and charging premium rent, the reality is the opposite. Maintenance, safety, and service fall well below the expected standard, and I cannot recommend living here.

Terrible place to live. Noisy from hostel directly and motorbikes racing through the street at ungodly hours. Very rude concierge lady and no longer 24/7. Only daytime. Bin room incredibly messy, insecure and have homeless people sheltering in winters. Worst of all is the summer temperatures which cooks up the flat like a greenhouse leaving it unbearable

Generally nicely furnished, with aesthetically pleasing rooms, kitchens and bathrooms. Friendly concierge. However, two downsides: (1) size-wise it's quite a bit smaller than most new builds in the vicinity - you would find it difficult to get about sometimes; (2) the windows aren't great, so avoid apartments on the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th floors that face the road, church or balcony of the other building. It gets very noisy at night.

The train near the apartment is relatively loud and the windows don't do much to stop the sound from this and the cars bellow.

New apartment with modern facilities. Nice size rooms and flats. Well decorated common area and wide stairs. Well planned fire exit. There are street parking available in front of the apartment. There are few shops, superstores, pharmacy, medical centre, schools, parks etc around here. Just the concierge need to be friendly and sincere with visitors.
