   Avoid this place at all cost if you want some peace of mind the whole place is chaotic I was up all night because of noises from other rooms I have called management several times they tell me to ignore it or just put something in my ears. I had an important business meeting in the morning and had no sleep the only people who helped where the receptionist who tried at least knocking on the doors to shut people up but what the hell is this management they really need to fire them and bring new people in. This is the last time I am also staying here.

   I had an issue with my bathroom lock and Orlando from maintenance fixed it in no time. he was exactly on time which i very much appreciate and even helped me with the heating and radiator after. i’m so very grateful as i’ve been living here for over two months now and had no idea how to turn on the heating.

   We lived at Sailmakers for over a year. The apartments are in excellent condition and the communal areas are fantastic. What really stood out, though, was the service from some of the staff. Emilia was always a pleasure to deal with, the maintenance team was excellent throughout (specially Joao) and the caretakers and cleaning staff were always friendly and helpful, and very nice to our dog Tokyo.

   Kam helped us with the lease. She was very accommodating and extremely efficient. A Professional and an absolute gem. The front office staff, Francesco is very friendly and always helpful. A shout out to Darian and Emilia for always been cordial and helpful. We just moved in and the experience so far has been above expectations.

   Since I moved here about 4 months ago, Sailmakers has been everything I had hoped for it to be. The building itself is very well maintained and beautiful. The staff are incredibly nice and one of the receptionist Emilia, has been beyond amazing since the day I moved in. She is so helpful and is always there for me when I have any questions or concerns. I feel at ease knowing that there is someone I can always go to when needed.

   Lovely development. However the highlight of this development is the maintenance team, Dean Joāo and Colin Locke are absolutely amazing. They respond promptly and have sorted any maintenance issues out perfectly. They're also very friendly and a pleasure to have in this development.

   Relocating with my wife from Greece and I assume everyone can imagine the uncertainty of running simultaneously visa applications, house hunting and transportation while abroad. Well, once we found the apartment on Sailmakers we proceeded instantly with an offer and that is because of one person: Emilia Dejka-Lopes. She managed to make everything easy and smooth for us, video viewings and calls. She arranged on site viewing with a friend of ours, and even though our visa applications have been delayed, she managed to make us feel safe that this delay will not translate into any form of uncertainty regarding the apartment. What else could we say? Tomorrow we are signing our contract while abroad coordinating the whole relocation thanks to this person.

   In flat services and the quality of the apartments are brilliant. Location is fantastic. Overall Positive at first but downhill quickly as soon as you are committed. Constantly dog urine blocking the main entrance and litter outside. Security is very poor and anyone can gain access very easily. Security will be sat behind the desk watching films or on FaceTime and do not engage with those walking in. We reported an expensive parcel missing from the post room recently and chased up 3 days later to ask if any enquiries or emails had been sent which they had not. Maintenance of post room and other communal areas which they pride the advertisements on is poor, untidy and will only be serviced to the basic standard once picked up by a resident. An overt lack of engagement and effort.

   The view is good, but utilities are NOT! The very first day of 2023, I woke up in a good mood with passion of study, the fire alarm started. The soon as the fire alarm started, there is NO ELECTRICITY and WATER and INTERNET. I CANNOT do my review session for the upcoming final season! It has been lasted for 1hour, nothing fixed! This place is the worst est nightmare of my entire life!
