   I have no words to express how grateful I'm for the support given by Charlie and Brandon at Acorn . I, at first tried to sell my property with another estate agent, then moved to Acorn where Charlie took over. His calm and composed approach with viewers put my property under offer in no time! Then Brandon in sales progression team stepped in and made the selling process very smooth. They were both constantly contacting me to update and reassure from start to finish! I have worked with other estate agencies before but Acorn team is definitely special! Would definitely recommend particularly if you are a first time buyer or seller who needs supportive and caring guidance. They treat your home like theirs!

   I would strongly advise landlords to think twice before using Acorn to manage their property. During a two-year tenancy, Acorn failed to carry out any inspections, leaving my property completely unmonitored. As a result, there is now serious damage and strong evidence of unauthorised subletting — which they failed to investigate properly. When I raised this issue, their response was that “no formal investigation could be carried out due to lack of evidence.” That lack of evidence exists only because they didn’t do their job. Regular inspections are a basic duty of a managing agent, and Acorn completely neglected this responsibility. They claimed they “attempted to arrange inspections a few times” but took no further action when the tenant refused access — no escalation, no written warnings, no notice served, and no communication to me as the landlord. This level of inaction falls far below professional standards and represents clear mismanagement and a breach of duty of care. To make matters worse, they offered just £250 compensation, which is insulting given the financial loss and distress caused. I’ve now had to escalate the matter to their directors and the Property Ombudsman for investigation. If you’re a landlord looking for a reliable, proactive agent — avoid Acorn. Their lack of accountability and professionalism has been extremely disappointing.

When Red first came to view our property, he came more prepared than anyone else we saw and spent real time getting to know us.    Although my process was not the most smoothest in selling our flat, Acorn were present and informative throughout it's entirety. The qualities I really appreciated from them were the regular updates of progress, which from other companies involved in the process, was lacking. Acorn were able to sell our flat where other agencies before had failed to do so and the strategy they employed worked well and we had offers in under a month, whereas before we had waited several months before an offer. Yousef and Luke primarily looked after my sale and both were very affable and helpful throughout what was a long process (due to external factors beyond either's control). I would highly recommend using these in the Crystal Palace area as they know the area really well and pride themselves on top service. Thanks again guys.
