After somewhat of a whirlwind process, we are in our dream flat thanks to Zara and Raulay. From the initial query, Raulay was great and really hands on. For both our viewing and then a meeting with the landlord, she stayed way longer than what was expected of her, and having been scurried through viewings with other estate agents, this was a unheard of and we were very grateful. Awful... we been moved out on the 2 of Feb and after 21days we received our deposit, and when we called the store they just keep saying oh is not in our hand... also is been saying in the contract in 10 days we need to receive the money. My experience with this agency is horrible..I can't offer to anyone because they just care about the ppl till when u take a flat/house...
