   I've been living here for a while now, and it's been a great experience overall. The location is fantastic—well-connected and convenient for getting around. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and never too crowded, and the lounge/common area is perfect for hosting friends or small parties. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which has made day-to-day living very smooth. My apartment is nicely furnished and comfortable, and I really appreciate the attention to detail in the design and amenities. The staff is incredibly responsive, helpful, and always friendly. Their support makes a big difference and has really added to the positive experience. I definitely plan to stay here for the foreseeable future!

   We’ve been living at the Forge for the past 3 months now. There’s not enough words to describe how happy we are with our home. The common spaces are amazing, well maintained and ensure the best experience possible. On top of that, the staff has always been on top of everything, very fast to act on all the issues we have highlighted. Special thanks to Florian who is just fantastic.

   The Forge has definitely exceeded our expectations! We've chosen the flat here given it's spacious, modern and looks super new. The building is great, clean, tidy, safe, with various events for residents and a great maintenance team (shout out to Lonny!), not to mention the gym and residents lounge, which are well equipped. Florian, the Resident Services Manager, is great, always available and super responsive to requests/messages, he has really made our stay here the most pleasurable and stress free experience we've had renting a place. We'll certainly miss this place, but we highly recommend it for anyone searching for a new home in London, you're not gonna regret it.

   Our experience living here for almost 2 years has been fantastic! The staff is friendly and helpful. Florian, John, Lonny and the all receptionists and cleaners are amazing! We enjoy the gym, the lounge space and the bike room. The apartment it’s modern, clean, big and with a incredible view.

   Be prepared to constant hot water issues! No announcements, just no hot water and you caught in a cold shower without any update when the hot water will be back…They’re trying to fix it but no success in 2 years.

   I have been living at the Forge for a year now, despite having a few hiccups, Diana and Florian have provided me with an excellent service, and have always been there for me, whenever I have needed some assistance. My favorite common area is the gym, it is well equipped, and perfectly maintained. It is a good place to reside in.

   The worst apartment I have ever lived in! We have had continuous issues with hot water! Have to phone concierge every day as I have no hot water! Half the time they don’t answer! The concierge team are awful! How they have jobs is beyond me! No common sense between them! They’re rude and not willing to help! Basically been put there to twiddle their thumbs! Bunch of idiots! The apartments are overpriced and still rising prices as if the Forge is in Central London! As for the actual apartment it’s small very cheaply made, the fittings are falling off, mold on the walls and draft comes in through the cheap windows! The area is horrible one of the poorest boroughs in London, you have gangs lurking around the building. Maybe price the apartments correctly! Look at the location and the standard of apartments before you try and extortionate your residents! DO NOT MOVE HERE! There’s plenty of apartments in Stratford which is only about 15 minutes down the road.

   If I could give 0 stars I would, don't be fooled by the good reviews - they trouble residents to write them. Me and my roommates got robbed inside our home while we were sleeping within 2 months of living here, management's cooperation to help us after was extremely poor. One of the concierges (Nii) was constantly making very inappropriate comments and false promises to us, taking advantage that we were young students yet not considering or caring how it would affect us economically. Never felt so unsafe in my life, couldn't even leave cause of covid. Please do not stay here! Ever.
