Stratford Studios is truly a great place to be — ideally located close to Stratford Station and the town centre. The concept is fantastic: you have your own private space while also having access to well-designed communal areas, which are perfect when hosting guests. It really offers the best of both worlds.    I had a wonderful year here. The managers here are very enthusiastic and responsible. The cleaning staff are very conscientious. The houses are clean and tidy. Besides, the neighborhood is quiet and the transportation is convenient. If I come back here again, I will definitely choose this property!

   The Studios is a great place to stay - safe, comfortable and really well looked after. The amenities are modern and everything is always clean and in good condition. What makes it stand out, though, is the service. Syed and the concierge team are always around and happy to help with anything, big or small. They’re attentive and make sure things run smoothly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

   I lived for three years here and was all around great experience. The morning-shift guys at the entry lobby: Syed and Ali are absolutely amazing! They are reliable, always working on improvements projects and sorting out things in advance. From evenings or weekends, Mo Gaye is so nice, always helpful and very professional. It was a true pleasure to live here with such great support from anything regarding door access, events, parcels and so much more.

   It is my third week living at Stratford Studios and it has been mostly positive thus far. I found a few maintenance issues when I first moved in but the host Sam has been responsive and helpful in getting things fixed and answering any questions I have. A few of these issues have been fixed but I'm still waiting on a couple of other ones to be resolved. The price of the studio is slightly more than other ones you can find in London but with the on-site services and friendly and responsive staff, it seems justifiable. Hoping my experience here will continue to be positive.

   I moved into Stratford Studios last week and so far it’s been great! The apartments are lovely and modern, and the moving in process was made super easy by Sam and his team which took a lot of the usual stress out of moving. They’ve been quick to resolve any problems, and I can safely say this has been the best service that I’ve experienced in years of renting.

   I lived here for 4 months as the first tenant in my studio. As with any new building had some issues along the way. Property Manager Sam Watts has been super helpful throughout my stay. He was available whenever I needed something urgently and helped me find easy solutions. When I decided to move out to move in with a friend he helped me tremendously through that journey. Also the staff at the reception was always smiling and helpful. The team really elevated my staying experience at Stratford Studios.

   I moved into this property quite recently and Sam and the other staff have been absolutely amazing in helping me move in and making it a smoother process for me. All questions I had or if something that needed to be fixed was addressed very quickly and sorted at the earliest. It has been an absolutely pleasant experience so far.

   Not sure... This place can be stress and hassles. Expect sour electricity bills (insulation is not the best) and the customer service from the management is not much efficient. If you do book, then hope nothing breaks or you will have to wait months. On the other side, the security team is great, but unfortunately they do not have power enough to change things...
