   We had a superb and extremely fantastic experience dealing with ARQ Homes especially with their agent IMMY for their excellent, honest and very professional services and accommodation they offered to us from the time we started our inquiries about the property we were interested. He immediately took an effort to book us for viewing till we were able to view the property soon. Moreover, he even gave us some insights and briefings about purchasing a good property. At the time we made an honest and best offer for the property ARQ Owne Mr. Abdul gave us an instant call who professionally explained to us about the property and even he had given us the great opportunity to meet the owner or seller of the property.for the second viewing the following day. We were so cherishly delighted to meet the owner and expressed our sincere intention of purchasing the property with IMMY continuosly supporting and assisting us to be able to convince the owner and who finally later accepted our offer. Furthermore, they immediately acted to fast track the process of the documents and information needed within the day. It was really a tremendous and magnificent experience dealing with ARQ Homes.    I’ve dealt with ARQ Homes on Barking Road several times now and I can honestly say they’re in a class of their own. I’ve seen what others have written online and I completely agree; they’re helpful, professional, and genuinely care about people, not just sales. Whenever I need anything property-related, I don’t bother calling anyone else, not online or locally, only ARQ Homes. Their help goes above and beyond what you’d expect. You ask a question, you get a clear and honest answer, never excuses or false promises. What really makes a difference is Abdul, the owner. He runs his business with real integrity and strong Islamic values such as honesty, fairness, and transparency. He’s the kind of person who will never mislead you just to make a deal. You can sense his sincerity from the first conversation, and that’s probably why everyone around the area knows ARQ Homes and recommends them so highly. It’s great to see how much the business has grown; they truly deserve it. Honestly, the competition doesn’t even come close. If someone like Abdul has been doing this all his life, you can tell he’s a master of his trade.    Buyers must read my review. You may think it’s easy buying a house. I did. Then I learnt it’s so stressful. I initially tried through an estate agents and was led to believe I was messed about. I later realised they didn’t do they’re due diligence and it proved costly to me. Second time around I saw a property via ARQ Homes that’s when I came across Abdul. I have yet to meet him. I will. Everything was done via email and on the phone. He promised me he was different, professional, had years of experience and his reviews speak for themselves- and to trust him. I did. And omg! I found him to be just what I needed. He does everything for you. It’s like having a friend holding your hand through your purchase. I know as I met the Sellers that they feel the same way about him. He managed to get my mortgage offer extended when my own mortgage broker said it was impossible. I had to fly abroad and I left the chain issues with him with a set deadline. And he achieved it. I couldn’t believe what he’s done. Someone with a lesser ability and I would have lost time/ money. He helped my family get our dream home and it’s for that reason we’re writing this reviewEven whilst his dad was in hospital Abdul has been messaging me bed side. Always easy to reach and really cares about you and his business. Really thank him for his services and wish him all the best for future.

   My experience with Abdul has been nothing but excellent. From the time I met him I knew he was a genuine, driven and passionate person about everything he does. While spending time with himself and his team at the ARQ office I could see that the company is not only driven to make sure every person that enters the door gets the best service they could receive, but also make sure everyone around the neighbouring areas are looked after as well. Abdul does a lot for the community which I highly admire him for, especially Richard House Hospice which I was lucky enough to accompany him to their fundraising event. During this time I could see that Abdul and his team will do anything to make sure their community is looked after which I haven’t seen been done by many other people. I would highly recommend ARQ homes to anyone and guarantee you will be in good hands.

   We approached ARQ in July to sell a home with a 7 day completion request. Abdul and his team were simply fantastic. Immediately after our initial phone call they got into action, found several buyers which viewed the house the following day. We subsequently received multiple offers which exceeded all other deals in the weeks prior. Throughout the week they kept clear and frequent communication, making the sale of the house seamless, meeting our seven day completion request. I would highly recommend them.

   I'm writing this review as a credit to Abdul who plays an active role and is a great asset to the community. He has a great dedication to volunteer and charity work and goes out of his way to help people. I can only imagine he has the same attitude in his work at ARQ. Being from area he has a lot of local knowledge and I wish I knew about ARQ homes before being involved in the property market as I would have been in much better hands than the estate agent I was dealing with. He has top energy for his local community and the good reputation he has has been well earned.
