As an owner and resident, it's disheartening to see all the good comments about our previous concierge team, because they're all gone now. The current concierge team is utterly useless and incompetent. They consistently forget to log parcels, lose packages, and even when parcels have been sitting here for a week, no one logs them into the system or bothers to inform us. It's frustrating to walk in and see them glued to their phone screens, ignoring residents and failing to acknowledge or greet anyone. They'd rather sit and chat on the phone than actually do their jobs. And don't even get me started on the management company. They've wasted god knows how much money replacing our elegant old signs with hideous plastic ones that are harder to read due to the shadows they cast. They claim it’s necessary for fire safety reasons, but no one was consulted on the style, and communicated the cost and why they selected this hideous one. We're stuck with this world-class awful service, despite overwhelming dissatisfaction within our owners' group. It's infuriating, and we have no idea how to get rid of this terrible team and management.

Lovely staff and perfect apartment to live in for everyone. We have been living in the building since 3 years and we had a really positive experience so far. Especially concierge team, Tatiana, Jorge, David, Mathew, Wasim, Chris... They do everything to help you for your needs, always smiling, always friendly. Love to be here with all of them :)
Amazing location, 2 min to Stratford station, 2min to Olympic pool and the park, 2 min to Westfield shopping centre. High quality build with every detail well thought through. Best concierges ever, friendly and helpful.
An very well presented apartment complex. The spaces are very large and look amazing. Views, particularly on the upper floors, are mesmerising as you get a great view of greater London. There is a lot of security in and around the building for your safety and piece of mind. The guard at reception is quite helpful. The only downside is the cost of living there which is a substantial amount.
