   We absolutely made the right move to purchase our beautiful flat in Charrington Tower! We love the convenience of having both the well equipped gym and the large indoor swimming pool in the building, and the stuff is friendly, helpful and very pleasant to have conversations with. The community has its own private river Thames waterfront broad walk, although our community is about 10 minutes walk from the city center of Canary Wharf, but we love the peaceful and tranquil environment, that our home surroundings on both the week days and the week ends are not just endless people and buildings, creating a life existence of constant noise and density.. The views especially on the Southwest side of the building is so beautiful! River Thames, city of Canary Wharf and central London are the breathtaking Panoramic views just outside of the floor to ceiling windows and the glass doors, truly stunning! Our neighbors are super helpful and informative, making our life so much more enjoyable and meaningful. We love living here!

   Living here since 4 years, there are a few things here and there as in any high rise but overall been loving it. Great neighbours, awesome views, good gym, easy to get to Canary Wharf, concierge service for parcels and any issues. No plans on moving soon.

   There are constant issues with the building. From the intercom not working, exterior doors not working, pool/spa area under persistent maintenance. The hot water/heating doesn't work in winter and the 'cooling' only works in winter but rarely during summer. The finish within the building is subpar with low quality finishings through the building. Nothing is to a decent standard and it looks as if the building is falling apart. Pray tell what idiot puts marble in a kitchen and not granite. It's right on top on the highway too so there is constant noise and dust. Frankly forget about parking for the most part, if you do, you have a nice wait anytime you want to use your car. There is a lot of postage theft and multiple bicycles have been stolent too. Find somewhere else to avoid a constant myriad of issues.

   Beautiful building, beautiful views from the sky lounge - which is only available for Charrington tower residents. And it also has a very nice gym and swimming pool in the basement of this building which is for every resident of New Providence wharf.

   Beautiful Building by developper Ballymore. If you are wearing a helmet ie as a deliveroo driver the concierge wants you to take off your helmet as there are alot of security cameras. Trash bins are hidden in the table in the post room directly passed the concierge / security. There is a fancy waiting area with sofas so if you are visiting someone or waiting you can walk through the revolving doors and wait inside if it is coldor you want to sit. To get into the residential area you must pass another door with security buzzer. You come to 4 lifts whereas not all of them go to the basement and not all of them go into the skylounge 42 floor. I hope this helps. #ingavardhan
