Fantastic development in a great location with the DLR on the doorstep and Jubilee and Elizabeth lines only a short walk. We love the facilities - the swimming pool level, the gym, cinema and all the rest. Level 56, including the outside space are great for the entertainment. Staff are helpful and friendly. Best of all, is the brilliant residents association!

Hampton Tower is a 5 star luxury development with every facility residents could wish for. From the amazing pool, spa and gym area on Level 1, to the luxurious Resident's lounge on Level 56. POD Management have done an incredible job in managing the building. We have seen so many positive changes. Our Service Charges are fair and reasonable compared to developments with similar facilities in Canary Wharf. Concierge are always on hand to assist and Security gives residents huge peace of mind. And of course we have the most amazing views!!

This is the best development in Canary Wharf, the views, the facilities and the quality of interior is amazing! I love living hear and really enjoy the convenience of everything being at the door step. You have BBQ area on 56 floor together with cinema and dining room which you can book and have friends over. If anybody is looking to buy in Canary Wharf I definitely recommend! P.S. the pool, sauna and steam room are top class!

I am truly enjoying living as both an owner and resident at the SQP development. The facilities are fantastic, the flats are beautifully finished, and the views are stunning. The management company provides a high standard of service, and the staff, from the concierge team (including Emily, Sophie, and Gio) to the Quay club staff (such as Mate and Adam), as well as the housekeeping and maintenance team, are all highly skilled and enthusiastic.I have personally interacted with Sara, the operations manager, regarding various issues and feedback, and she has been extremely helpful, collaborative, and always strives to find ways to improve the resident experience through email communication and the weekly drop-in sessions.

After living there for almost 2 years, it's clear that was overpaying. Cons: The build quality is poor, and the heating and cooling system is dodgy, which means I'm forced to pay for it even when I'm not using it (!!!) – The heating, hot water, and cooling systems are a rip-off because you have to pay for them on top of your energy bills. Also, it takes time to top up, which means you could be out of hot water for hours while it's being processed (isn't it insane :o lol). You also have to pay for cooling, even in winter. Unfortunately, the corridors are almost never cleaned, and the windows are always extremely dirty, lifts don't work very often; The refuse chute is always broken, and a permanent collection of trash smells very bad. The spa and pool are worn out very quickly, and the steam room is broken all the time. The staff is super nice but overstaffed and useless. The management is clueless and unable to help with any issues. Even though the level 56 facilities are nice, accessing them is impossible if you're working. The cinema system is often broken. Additionally, the cracking sound in the flat caused by the wind was insane. It was definitely stronger than in most of the towers I've ever lived in. Given that it's very windy in Canary Wharf in general, the cracking noise was a very common occurrence in the flat :( What made me move out was the smell of food from the pizza restaurant downstairs that has recently opened. Even with the windows closed the smell was so strong in my flat (16th floor) and even in the lobby of the building, no one seems to care despite the complaints. Pros: Some pros of my living situation were the design of the flat, which I found to be aesthetically pleasing. The view of Canary Wharf from my flat was also cool. Another nice aspect of the building was that it was brand new. I enjoyed the facilities that were available anytime, I loved the gym that was available almost 24/7. So after +– 2 years, the building has become very tacky and cheap.

AVOID LIVING HERE Do not buy neither rent in those buildings…. Beside the fact that they look nice … there is a constant and very strong an disturbing noise between the walls that doesnt let you be in peace… for the price to rent or buy it is not worthy! I dislike so very much!!! It’s a nightmare - The trash is simply left on the floor because the refuse chutes are frequently broken too. - The heating system is not working properly, you will need to be ready to pay high bills. - £4K+/month for the rent is too much for the mediocre infrastructure provided.

Avoid living here. The building's infrastructure is absolute joke: - There are significant water, internet, or electricity outages every other week. - The lifts are frequently broken. - The trash is simply left on the floor because the refuse chutes are frequently broken too. - The heating system is not working properly, you will need to be ready to pay high bills. - £4K+/month for the rent is too much for the mediocre infrastructure provided. The SQP concierge team is friendly and helpful though.

Overall, this building is for someone who would choose form over substance, very picturesque interiors with absolutely no value for your money. + Great location + Concierge team is helpful and nice + Nice-looking design - The infrastructure of the building is just complete rubbish, every other week there is some widespread outage of electricity or water, the fancy-looking refuse chute is not working half of the times, the intercom tablet fell out of the wall on the second week of living there, the heating barely works, I could go on.. - The management company just doesn't seem like they can handle things, they can't clean half of the windows for 1.5 years already, which results in residents having to enjoy all those nice views through seagull-sh**-stained windows (literally)

We moved into our apartment in March 2021 and since then our windows remain dirty. No one cleaned them during 1.5 years, even after multiple complaints. House rules meanwhile prohibit the cleaning to be performed by tenants and not professionals hired by the management company. Refuse chutes do not work half of the time, so residents have to store rubbish in the room near the lifts (which is not very hygienic, in my opinion). Heating was not working properly during winter - money was deducted from the account with enormous speed and temperature raised 1-2 degrees max (apparently, by design heating works towards 21 degrees max - which becomes effectively much lower if the weather outside is 5 degrees). Can’t even imagine what it would look like this year when energy prices went up. Otherwise very nice place to live but the circumstances above really spoil the experience. Everyone is very apologetic regarding all these issues but that’s it. UPDATE 4 months after this review, some of our windows are still dirty (they are moving vertically, not horizontally, so one side of our apartment is still not cleaned), plus we experience some kind of outage every other week (today it is electricity and water - lifts are not working, no water in the apartments at all) - everyone is still very apologetic about it

Avoiding living here, avoid Berkeley, and avoid POD Management. There is a burning chemical toxic smell coming from the restaurant below. They are refusing to investigate this properly or offer any suitable fixes. The refuse chutes are constantly broken so rubbish is just left on the floor. The windows are never cleaned and they do not allow people to clean it themselves. There is a huge crack in the spa area and nothing is being done to repair it.
