   Longbridge Estates have been brilliant. They took over the management of the block where my flat is and made a massive improvement. Previously the management company was charging for service charges but not doing much and the building was very run down. Longbridge took over and made great improvements. The block is now very nice, service charges are reasonable and they are great to deal with and helpful. If only all block management companies were like Longbridge.

   I have been a tenant under this letting agency for nearly 14 years in a number of properties and I can honestly say they are outstanding. Any issues I have with the property are professionally managed quickly, safety procedures on the property are up to date and carried out on time and the team are always so polite and understanding. In an emergency they are easy to get hold of and will fix major issues within the same day if not within hours, I honestly couldn’t wish for a better letting agency!
