   Last minute cancellations on viewings are not cool. Either make sure that you let everyone view the house and then make a decision or schedule less people for a viewing.

   We rented a flat share with Castalia Properties for almost 2 years. During our tenancy we found the team to be professional, friendly and responsive. They were fair and reasonable when we re-negotiated our tenancy- twice, during the pandemic. The flat/building itself is aged and had a few issues but the team do their best to accommodate any requests. Any issues that arose during the time was always dealt with promptly. At the end, the refund of our deposit was quick and easy. Overall, the team is great and we would highly recommend them.

   I rent my first flat in London with Castalia Properties and I stayed in that flat for almost 2 years, only moving because of personal reasons. The flat was very good value for money, although not perfect (but what flat truly is!?). The agency is very professional and quick to respond to enquiries and resolve issues within reasonable time. They have also proven reasonable in renegotiating rent amount due to change in market circumstances. Furthermore they were very supportive and flexible in arranging a move out date outside the normal contract terms.

   I have booked a room from abroad with Castalia Properties and even though I was a bit worried about it, everything went more than good. Agent was very helpful and my room looked even better than on the photos. The location was great..but 3 months later, I had to change my job, so they offered me a relocation in another zone. Management was very responsive and understandable. Would recommend for easy and pleasant stay in London.
