Very modern student accommodation. Nice park on site. Perfect for postgrad students.

Staff are alright but the living conditions are near unbearable. I don’t think I have a full month where there was not an issue with heating or hot water. Mind you I am paying £300 a week. Washing machines also hardly function let alone clean your clothes on a full cycle.

If I’m being honest, I was a bit skeptical about booking here after reading all the reviews on Google. However, my experience was quite different. I was able to check in very smoothly, and Vanessa and Andrea are super helpful- no matter what the issue is. They’re always there when I’ve needed assistance with something, and very supportive. Another thing I love is that Vanessa and Andrea do weekly kitchen checks to keep us on track with our cleanliness, and this keeps everyone in the flat accountable for maintaining the shared spaces. A welcome party was organised for us- and the reception team really went above and beyond with their efforts. Balloons, music, lights, free food and drinks- it exceeded expectations. I’m eagerly awaiting all the other events Vanessa has planned for the rest of the year :) The rooms here are great too (seriously, I’ve had friends come over and positively exclaim about how spacious the rooms are as compared to some other student accommodations). The kitchen is modern, with plenty of storage for everyone. We still have some cupboards going empty! Overall, I strongly recommend this accommodation for any student. Central London is a short bus ride away, the area is safe, the building and room infrastructure is great, the people are really friendly, and the reception team is absolutely wonderful. Not a single bad thing to say.

Moved out 4 months ago, still waiting on my deposit to be refunded. Management now ignores all emails. Would love to hear if anyone actually received their deposit back!

The rooms are pretty nice and the staff are friendly. The main issues are admin related as it’s difficult to get maintenance requests sorted.

Rooms are nice but staffing needs sorting, STAY AWAY customer service after problem after problem. nothing gets sorted when they say, still waiting on refund 3 months later and other problems while staying at Charles Morton. no one has been on touch from management.

Great location in zone 2, there are many buses so it’s easy to get around London. The area is really nice with lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, parks. The property is nice and quiet, there aren’t as many facilities on site, but for me it’s ok, it depends on what’s important for you. Rooms are small but cozy and light. Common spaces are great, although sometimes not so clean. Property management team is great and always helpful.

I will definitely recommend this accommodation:) I believe here is a perfect place to live. Although it was a bit long distance from UCL, was still amazing stay in CMC. The atmosphere around here was great. I really love calm neighborhood, restaurants and small shops around here. Meryem and Iveth are super kind and helpful. They always answer my questions very quickly and try to solve issues as soon as possible. I could enjoy my life in London thanks to them and CMC. I really miss my life in here and hope I could live again haha
