   Buying and selling my property was a very overwhelming and stressful experience. I sold my home with another estate agent and bought my new home with castles. I cant express to you how easy Yasmin made this process for me. This wasn’t just a sale for her, she made it her mission to find me my forever home. I will forever be thankful for all that Yasmin did. She supported me throughout the process and was there for me whenever I needed her advice or help.    I’ve recently used castles to let out my property, and the experience was smooth and efficient from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable and proactive, handling everything from marketing the property to finding reliable tenants within a very short time. Stuart and David are very quick to act and do things at a great speed. They kept me informed throughout the process and were quick to respond to any queries I had. The referencing and paperwork were handled professionally, and I felt confident leaving my property in their hands. As a landlord, I really appreciated their attention to detail and their ability to manage the letting process with minimal hassle on my end.    We were so lucky when we walked into Castles in Edmonton extremely stressed to meet Alex Philippou MARLA . We sat down and he actually listened to our problems and situation we had with trying to get our property back which was rented and tied to an agreement.His professionalism and caring way helped us achieve getting our property back and in our control.We would thoroughly recommend him and can’t thank him enough.    Excellent sale result . We saw a sign opposite for a sale by them and asked us to sell our property. We agreed a good target price with them , which they exceeded despite the very difficult market conditions. They handled the open house very well .    As a first time buyer, who felt overwhelmed by the process of even just looking, I’ve found the experience to have been so enjoyable because i was looked after Jai. He listened to my requirements and delivered with the viewings he arranged, advising me each time what to look out for. He would phone and update me regularly, which helped out any worries and stress I had with the whole searching for a property. I would highly recommend Castles, particularly Jai, if you’re looking to make a house purchase a less daunting experience.

   Castles Estates in Edmonton were a real Godsent to us. We were looking for a new flat for my mother and had been struggling to find an agency who wouldn't discriminate blankly against benefits. Victoria was professional, respectful and helpful from the start and with her assistance we were able to find the perfect place for my mum and move her in swiftly.    Castles found me a tenant did all the vetting and paperwork and collected rent ontime ( i did maintenance myself) , tenant left before end of contract so i found another tenant myself and told them to go to castles to rent my property. Again castles did all vetting and paperwork no problem. Agreed rent freeze for 1 year but contracted annual rent review as it was quite low. I asked castles to increase rent by £50 per month and was told let us speak to tenant and after several calls and an email over the next few weeks Never got any call backs despite speaking to their colleagues. I gave up trying to increase the rent and decided to sell the property because of the poor return. I phoned and emailed castles 18 April and asked castles to serve notice to leave the property as per contract. No call backs no reply or confirmation to emails. By mid june Selling Agents advise vacant sale would increase selling price. I call castles to find that the tenants have not been asked to leave yet. So we have lost 2 months and thanks to there incompetence as we now have to allow tenants 2 months to leave. Solicitors are now chasing documents regarding tenancy agreement so i email and as usual no reply or confirmation. I email again, Just silence. Do you see a pattern? If everything goes smoothly youll do fine. If not and you need to change something then castles may not be for you.
