   Entire development has gone rapidly down hill since Savills stopped managing the property and HCGC took over. Communication is absolutely SHOCKING. Do not expect a response back on any query unless you harass the property manager for a response. Getting anything done including moving out as we’ve had enough was a painful process. The property manager on site is woeful. For BASIC tasks you need to constantly chase by first calling, whatsapping and then reminding him again via phone to check his WhatsApp. Building cleaning has been vastly scaled back, maintenance also, barely any cctv works including the bike shed. Moving out was another entire ordeal, spending lunch hours at work trying to get my deposit back from an extremely incapable property manager who had no clue how an inventory worked. They only respond and do their job when they see the tenant has reached their limit. I’m sure this is not a reflection of the property management company, just one really bad apple. All other residents experience the same issue. However they stick it out as they have been able to hold cheaper rental rates which were agreed before the spike in rental prices.

   Worst renting experience i've ever had in 7 years living in London. Building manager Dan VERY hot and cold, only helpful when suits himself. My car got stolen from parking and other cars broken into weeks after.
