   Initially we engaged Danson to provide input into how to maximise our limited budget to best to improve our home. We were not originally planning to sell but when the lovely Taylor told us they had potential buyers and the figures involved, we reconsidered. Following a meeting with Kevin Oakes, the owner of the business, we decide to take the plunge. Within an hour of going on the market an enquiry was received, 24 viewings in a single day yielded several excellent offers and we accepted an offer less than a fortnight later. Kevin and his fantastic team delivered impeccable service throughout. They did their absolute utmost to ensure the (inevitable) issues with the conveyancing process did not derail our sale and subsequent purchase. Danson sold us their service on the basis of transparency, honesty and a superior knowledge of the market in our area. From the moment we considered selling Danson delivered everything they said they would and we cannot praise or recommend them highly enough.

   I was very impressed with Danson property service. The processing time was very short period and everything went very smoothly. It was very competitive as 17 people viewed the house. However, Kevin always communicated with us very promptly with all relevant information and he is very professional , friendly and knowledgeable. We submitted all relevant documents and easily received the house which we never though. I would highly recommend this property service.

You aren't tied into lengthy contracts, so they have to work hard throughout the process and when things changed with my buyer they were very quick to get on to sorting out a solution.    I could recommend Danson Property Services definitely! We were with Danson Property for 1,5 year, unfortunately our landlord decided to sell his house so we need to leave this nice Company. Kevin and his colleagues were always helpful, anything we would ask, they were always tried to find the fairest way to everyone.    We had a somewhat challenging property to sell. Nervous about the reputations estate agents have a local and respected solicitor, put us in touch with Kevin Oakes of Danson Property Services. Kevin was professional, yet personable, he was understanding, honest and straight talking, removing all the typical patter and sales spill we had heard from so many other estate agents on valuation meetings. Our initial impression of Kevin was that he was clearly competent and values led, coupled with the recommendation we had received, we felt far more confident upon instructing Danson Property Services. Kevin provided excellent insight and guidance, maintained constant and consistent communication and got the property through to completion in what is probably one of the hardest climates anyone working, has experienced.
