I strongly advise tenants and landlords to stay well away ale is a compulsive liar he will never do a check for the landlord so you can have any tenenatd in the property he never pays the rent to landlords on time either even though a tenant had paid on time their a big joke!
Absolute cowboys. A complete and utter JOKE. As a landlord, they are the worst people you will ever deal with. They have used my garden as a tip, have put illegal tenants in my property and NEVER pay my rent on time so I default on my mortgage. They keep promising to pay every day and never do. They told me they would be doing work to the house which they never did. Also stole all my furniture that i left there as they said they needed the house to be left furnished. They are also rude and lie constantly. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. I have to give them 1* to make a post, but they they deserve no stars at all.
I would advise people to be very careful when dealing with ALE in order to safeguard themselves from possible harms. My experience with ALE properties has been negative. I had a hard time getting my holding deposit back. I wasted a lot of time and energy dealing with them before I received it. I will now list a few reasons that has led me to alerting everyone about them. 1)They contradicted many times and lied. 2) They do things that lead you to wasting your time, energy and make life hard for you. 3) Were being untrustworthy and unreliable-not sticking to their word. 4) Lacking proffessionalism. 5) Justifying their actions with petty excuses:
