After 2 purchases falling through during the pandemic, this year we found a property with Conran. Third-time lucky one! I feel very grateful and lucky to have Jessica as the agent on my purchase from day one (my first viewing). The whole process has been smooth, stress free (because of her support) and extremely professional - besides she has been fantastic for our negotiations. Always staying on top of things with timely updates and making herself available. Another thing that impressed me a lot about Jessica is that she is very professional and acting as an excellent liaison between the seller and the buyer, which was tremendously helpful in my purchase. I can't praise Rob and the team here enough. They sold our house for us back in the summer 2022 (7 years after being the selling agent when we bought it!) and they've been great from the start. They were very responsive and helped us push things along throughout the process (we had an expiring mortgage offer on the property we were buying and the arrival of our second child to contend with). We felt they offered us sound advice and got us the best, and fair, market price for our home. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and we'd use them again should we ever move
Conran Lee has made our life much, much easier during the process of buying our first house. They quickly arranged for property visits when we started our search, promptly answered my (many) emails/calls -before and after the offer was accepted, they arranged (yet another) visit to the house when my husband came back from working abroad and wanted to see the property for the first time in person. The speed, patience and good willing they had to solve my problems/concerns were simply outstanding. I cannot thank them enough for making a naturally stressful process much smoother. Very professional with excellent communication. Despite being the buyer, I felt that Conran were genuinely interested in how the process was going for me and always presented as approachable and available. They always responded to my emails in a timely manner and helped to ensure that the process ran smoothly for all.
