   After visiting 7 other fireplace centres we were lucky to visit Rotherham fireplace centre, saved the best till last springs to mind. Kelly was great, talked us through the features of the fire we were interested in but then stood back to let us talk together for our thoughts. Survey was arranged and Wes was also very professional, so much so we ordered our electric hole in the wall fire to replace our existing gas one, work to be done in 2 weeks, confident it will be a fabulous job. Thanks all.

   We are so impressed with the very high standard your installers worked too. The team that carried out the preparation and installation and plastering were very professional polite and friendly . The show room staff were really helpful and listened to what we had in mind. All the work was carried to a high standard, clean and tidy when they left. We are so pleased with the results. Highly recommend .

   We had the guys from Rotherham Fireplace Centre fit a wood burner and also an LPG stove a couple of weeks ago and I have to say they were amazing. Wes and the guys were here over a couple of days and I couldn't fault their professionalism, quality, care and expertise. Both jobs weren't particularly easy installs, with one having some serious roof alterations (we live in an area that's quite exposed) and the LPG stove had a fairly complicated route from the gas tanks to the site of the stove. But nothing was too much trouble. We visited the showroom on a couple of occasions and Wes was very helpful telling us all the information before we made our decision. Having the stoves installed has made our new house into a home as the lounge and the kitchen both now have a focal point that has turned both rooms into two amazing spaces. I would highly recommend these guys if you need anything relating to heating your home.

   Really would not recommend this company to anyone who wants an easy life, I'd give 0 stars if I could. I don't even know where to begin to be honest. In a nutshell, I was sold 2 solid fuel fires, and then was basically messed around for 6 months. I was constantly told they were on back order. I then I changed one fire to something different and the fitter they recommended to fit it then took 3 days to fit it ( and didn't finish it) and then proceeded to waste mine and my partners time for 2 weeks- said he was going to come on a certain day then didn't turn up. He then phoned my partner and proceed to shout at him when my partner was understandably annoyed at being messed about. The fire then wasn't fitted correctly, and i had to have it altered by another fitter. Had I not already paid for the fires, I would of walked away from this company then, but they still had my money for the other fire that I had now been advised wouldn't be available until January 2023. I sourced another fitter myself and in January was advised the fire wouldn't be available until February with 'no lead times' I had enough at this point and request that they look for alternative options, I was then quoted £1500 for a multifuel stove that I could of bought online for £800, I then requested a refund. I was then kept waiting 2 weeks for the refund that I then had to chase, I thought I was going to have to report them to trading standards. Honestly I had a horrendous, stressful 7 months dealing with this company. I've since managed to source a stove myself, for half the price i was quoted by these, thats guaranteed for 5 years and I've had it fitted with a hetas approved fitter that actually knows what they are doing. If you want a solid fuel fire/stove then AVOID!!!

   If you are looking for a Company to install you a gas fire look no further, all it took was just one phone call for a representative to visit my home to advise on the options available The advice was given with suggestions and photos sent the following day together with a proposed installation date fixed (actually carried out a week early). The work was of a very high standard leaving the room spotless carried out by courteous and very pleasent workmen.Highly recommended

   Rotherham Fireplace Centre completely transformed our fireplace and did an excellent job from start to finish. It was a big job too; they removed our old stone clad chimney breast and fire before fitting a modern fire media wall. We are so pleased with it. Big thanks to Steve and the team plus Kerry & Sarah in the office who were always on hand to answer any questions we had. You can see from the photos what a transformation it was!
