   15 October 2025: Extremely unprofessional and dismissive conduct! My recent experience with Questor Properties (specifically with a representative named Vaida Vasiliauskaite) has been extremely disappointing. During a referencing process, Vaida communicated in a way that was unprofessional, immature, and dismissive, making inappropriate and discriminatory remarks about income and financial circumstances. When I raised a formal complaint, her reply twisted the facts, refused any accountability, and attempted to deny her professional role by claiming she was acting “in a private capacity” — despite clearly corresponding from a Questor Properties address and representing the landlords. This conduct demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect for applicants, and raises concerns about compliance with the Equality Act 2010, the Consumer Protection Regulations 2008, and the Property Ombudsman Code of Practice. If she continues to deny responsibility and distort the facts, I am considering escalation to the relevant regulatory authorities. For now, I would strongly urge others to approach this company and its representatives with great caution. Update (11 November 2025): Questor Properties has now responded publicly, stating that the representative I dealt with, Vaida, has not worked for them in four years. This makes the situation even more concerning, given that all correspondence took place using a company email address and in a professional capacity. Today, I have contacted the company directly (via email) to seek clarification and resolution. I will update this review further depending on how the matter is handled.

   Questor Properties have been my landlord for a few years now and they are SIMPLY THE BEST, Marcus Morgan and Louis, are available 24/7 to support, they always look to improve the property, no issues to big no issues to small, they are an absolute joy to deal with and I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

   Marcus is the best landlord I've ever had, period. He would not only offer you places that are at a very high standard, but he would also do whatever he can to make sure you actually enjoy the place you choose, even going the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. He genuinely cares about you and the fact the you feel "at home", and not just someone who has to pay the rent. Sadly we have to move for personal reason, but if you are looking for a nice place to stay and be treated with respect and professionalism, then I can assure you Marcus and Questor Properties are what you need! Absolutely recommend.

   I found this agency through Open Rent and, even if they only advertised there, I have had the same advantages. I have been contacted and negotiated with Ainis and I do not think I could have had a better experience! He is always available, professional, ready to help and he has gone the extra mile for me, always with a smile. Everything has been as promised and more!
