I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the ongoing issues at your Barking location. Unfortunately, the services being provided are far below the standard expected from a brand of Regus’s reputation. There is no proper ventilation in the workspace, and the air conditioning system has consistently failed to function. This has made it extremely uncomfortable for our team to work, to the point where employees have had to work from home due to excessive heat — which defeats the very purpose of having a dedicated office space. Moreover, basic amenities such as a microwave for staff to heat their food are not available, which reflects poorly on the quality of service and staff welfare considerations. At the time of signing the contract, we were presented with a comprehensive list of services and facilities — most of which are either non-functional or not provided. It is disheartening to see such a gap between what is promised and what is actually delivered. They offered Hussle gym pass which is not working. Despite repeated issues with heating and air conditioning, there has been no long-term resolution, and it is unfortunate that such ongoing problems are being ignored. This not only affects our daily operations but also undermines the credibility of the Regus brand. I hope you take this feedback seriously and implement the necessary improvements urgently.

Good facilities inside. From the top floor, the view of London is so stunning, especially at sunset time.

This company is a well-presented trickery and is best avoided. We booked an office at their Barking site and faced issues with their heating systems throughout our six-month tenure. It was particularly hard during the winter months. There was no will to resolve it as the staff said it is an 'ongoing issue'. Their charges are quite high but the standards they offer do not measure up. The staff while helpful at times can be rude too. So, we decided to move out. The worst part is even after moving out they have not paid back our deposit of over £1000 despite making repeated requests and following all of their procedures on their app. Whilst we fight to get back our own money, we can't help thinking it was not worth it at all. My experience at the Regus Building in Barking has been a mix of both positive and negative aspects. Starting with the positives, the building offers ample parking, which is a great convenience for office unit tenants. The office spaces themselves are well-designed, with various sizes available to suit different needs. During my time there, I had the pleasure of being surrounded by some great neighboring offices, adding to the overall experience. The building is generally well-maintained, with a dedicated cleaning staff who ensure that the floors, washrooms, and common areas are kept in excellent condition. However, I did have one unfortunate incident involving the building’s lift. I was stuck inside during a breakdown, and the experience was quite unsettling, as I nearly had a panic attack. Thankfully, the receptionist was very attentive and made sure I felt safe while they worked to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, I’ve heard similar complaints from others in the building regarding the lift. Overall, Regus Barking offers some good facilities, but the lift issue is something that needs addressing.

what a unpleasant place to work, lift was broken 3 weeks without giving a proper excuse, I believe they stopped it intentionally to save some bucks from electricity bill.

This building is occupied by multiple businesses on the ground floor there is a reception and on each floor there is a security fob only authorised people can go through on the selected floor.

Dirty. Cigarette butts on the floor in the revolving door. Plug sockets are filthy. The people in the meeting room I heard their entire conversation. Parking is limited and there are 50 men (no joke) hanging around the building looking for work. They are aggressive and intimidating, keep the windows up and car door locked when you're parking. I will never go back there

I have been renting the office since December 2021, it initially started with three months, and little did I know that after three months, they had increased the rent by nearly £90 each month for a very small unit without sending me an email or phone call to discuss this. I raised the issue with the front desk staff on 29.05.22, and until today I have not had any explanation as to why my rent was increased and charged a deposit twice. I was told my case would be forwarded to head office, and I am still waiting to hear back from this company after three weeks. I made numerous calls every week and was given the same excuse we will get back to you. I have even used their online account log in to contact still no response. If these people fail to resolve my issue and decrease my rent, I will never use this company, and I will warn all the others too. When it comes to charging the rent, they will take money out of your account ten days before the due date, but when it comes to resolving something, they are nowhere to be found. I will leave another review in due course with the final result.
