   Just wanted to say what a fabulous experience we have had with Haart in Biggin Hill. We initially met with Deborah earlier in the year at (what will be in January 2026) our new home in Westerham. We have since been back to measure up and were equally well looked after by Shannon. Throughout this process we have been lucky enough to have Matt Donnelly on our side, and frankly, I'm not sure this whole thing would have reached a positive conclusion without his help, support and professionalism. Everyone knows that the moving process is pretty stressful on so many levels, so to have a team who really have your back, and who really care, makes all the difference in the world.    We put our house on the market with Haart during the most difficult time to sell houses due to the election and changes in stamp duty. Despite this Kimberley remained extremely positive that our house would sell. She was always very complimentary about the house and sent many people to view. Whatever the outcome of a viewing it was always ‘we will sell your house’ and true to her word she worked really hard on our behalf with loads of advice and consistency in her manner the house sold! I would not hesitate to recommend Haart. Kimberly is part of a cohesive group who certainly know their clients and work extremely hard on their behalf. Kimberley is a good team player who goes that extra mile. Kimberley is very positive in what I would consider a difficult market but she knows how to get the right buyers for a property.I would imagine she does her homework diligently and is very easy to relate to. She is exceptionally good with detail about the property and is very respectful. Kimberley deserves to do well in the future.

   Deborah was extremely helpful with the search of our new house. She arranged for quick viewings of properties we liked and kept us updated with new properties on the market. Once we found the house we loved, Deborah took our offer to the home owner straight away and we had our offer accepted the next morning. Deborah helped us arrange a second viewing after our offer was accepted to show our parents. We both felt Deborah was honest and transparent throughout our buying process and we would look to use Haart again in the future.
