   I had a really good initial first experience with them on the phone to the receptionist and the chap who came to fix the sink tap was efficient. However, they over charged the invoice for ‘materials’ they did not use and when I queried it, they couldn’t justify it and their accounts team did not respond to my emails which is disappointing and frankly dishonest. I decided to settle the invoice anyway for fear of being sued!

   House 2 home not the best company to deal with, Nikki was extremely rude to my wife on the phone which is so disrespectful and disgusting to my Wife, it has taken ages to get our flat back as they have dragged their feet and is always hard to get a response from them, after all the times I have phoned them do not deal with them. They are so bad,also there is still things in the property that should have been removed

   I trusted this company with my home on their guaranteed rent scheme. The contract stated that the property would be returned to me in the high standard it was provided to them. It was returned to me with substantial damage and they also failed to pay the last months rent. In all, over £3000 to repair and over £1,000 in unpaid rent. They refused to respond to my calls.
