   We have moved to a property with the agency last week. The entire team was amazing and so helpful from the very beginning. Specially Hardev, who is surely an asset to the agency, he has managed to go through all the processes step by step with us hence the entire transition went very smoothly. He was just a call away for any queries we had. Hardev also managed to check with some other service providers for a change request that i made. As we moved in on the day, we were confused with our utilities setup, but when we just informed the agency office, team members came straight to the property to have a look. Also during our gas/electirc setup with the service providers, Olia(i believe that is her name) she spoke on behalf of us and wrote all the steps that to be followed. We are all settled now and looking forward to stay in longer term with this amazing team. I absolutely appreciate their efforts for settling us well. Great job.

   Had a terrible customer service with this agent. One of her staff was very rude. I called early this morning at about 09:56 (27/08/2025)and a lady picked up and she spelt my name incorrectly, trying to correct her and she was very argumentative about it. This is a total no to me, if housing agent staff can be like this, when you rent from them and encounter any problem, they wouldn't be of help at all. I will advise people to stay away from them.

   Being a tenant of them for 3 years Never ever again, cheap selfish and arrogant people with turbans on all mugs including the girl who works on the phone, karamdeep was a thief when we were in the property it was the worst experience ever they will never send anyone for fixing yet the landlord would already be charged. You literally have to swear at them to get them their job done most of the positive reviews you see are done by the same people or relatives don’t be fooled if you want some sikh experience and instant regret go for it, if you have kids I beg you don’t ever try and bother as they will suffer in winter like ours you don’t want to be reporting to police and council about them all the time ..

   Our experience with Hansons was outstanding. From start to finish the level of care Karmdeep and the team exhibited was truly exemplary. We wrote several emails during very early or late hours and we were never left waiting too long for a response. Karmdeep found us our ideal property, and did it all with a level of class and transparency not always present with estate agents. I cannot recommend these guys enough!
