   We’re so pleased with Acorn in Blackfen, specifically Kevin, that we felt compelled to write a review. As soon as we engaged them, Acorn sold our property, so we were delighted with the speedy service. They were knowledgable and upfront with good connections to buyers. In particular, it was the communication and help from Acorn we received after the sale agreement that really demonstrated their abilities and customer service. Unfortunately, we had completely inept solicitors handling our case. We had no chain at ours or the buyers end, so all round we were confident the sale would move quickly, unluckily it dragged on for 5 stressful months, that would have been unbearable if not for the team at Acorns consistency and effort to go above and beyond. Kevin played an absolutely vital role and to put it lightly dragged the sale over the line. He became our only point-of-contact to obtain updates and communications from the buyer’s solicitor (in lieu of our useless and largely absent solicitors). We have no doubt that if it wasn’t for Kevin at Acorn, the sale would have collapsed. Acorn demonstrated genuine kindness and 5 star customer service through their unfaltering accessibility, patience and consistently regular updates to both parties. With Acorns help we sold a lovely flat that we hope will make just as many happy memories for its new owners as it did for us. We will certainly use Acorn in the future if ever embarking on a property journey again and we would highly recommend them.
