   I would not advise anyone to stay in any property this company has to offer. They are rude and do not take care of their tenants. They milk the council for money while their properties are covered in damp/mould and not fit for purpose. This company lack professionalism and I would stay far away from them. Disgusting company and they lie and lie through their teeth. They rather save money than actually fix issues that’s wrong with the property. Landlords and councils do not work with these people big red flag!!!!.

   I have been renting two of my properties through First Stop Housing for the last 12 months and very pleased with the service they are providing. Both flats are well looked after and any anything that needs attention is quickly fixed, rent is always on time.

   Terrible. They have rented my property to two years. Initially, no problems. After that they housed tenants who just come out of prison in my property and so drug use ensued and other illegal activities took place here, including finding a missing child at my property and complaint issues from neighbours and the council. Everything came to light after the police contacted me in regards to these issues. They don't care about you or your property. Please do not rent out the first stop housing. All they care about is profit. They do not vet the tenants they sub let your property to. I have learnt the hard way the importance of making sure you have an inventory of your property. Would not recommend, please save yourself from making the same mistakes as me.
