   Poor customer service. Have had to literally go out and tell their team to switch off lights 10 mins after the movie started. This has happened at least 3 times now. Then coming to outside food, rules state no hot food. I brought cold food but they didn't allow and had to throw it away because they wouldn't keep it also and then one of the staff, I think his name was James a senior member of staff, was very rude about it.

   We went to watch OG at Cineworld and used our three vouchers. We arrived a bit late, but the girl at the counter — I think her name was Manisha or Monika — was so kind and professional. She had her hair neatly tied, giving a very polished and professional look. She told us not to worry since the ads were still playing and helped us quickly with a warm smile. Great service and a lovely experience overall! She also suggested we watch Katatara, so we’ll be back next week.

   Today I went to Cineworld with the kids, and I must say Imaan and Shreeya were really kind and helpful. They guided us so well and provided excellent service. The whole team was very supportive and managed everything smoothly even on such a busy day. Truly appreciated!

   This is a lovely cinema in the London Designer Outlet in Wembley. It has nine screens, including one for 4DX. You can find a good range of food and drinks here, including a Baskin Robbins counter for ice cream and desserts. The staff are friendly and helpful if you have questions or need directions.

   The cinema is clean and well managed. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The 4DX experience is phenomenal. Totally worth it and fun for all the family. Highly recommend it! The main downside is that parking nearby is ridiculous and expensive. They build this huge complex around Wembley and parking seems to have been an afterthought, and even then, not one they thought much about at all.

   My first ever visit to this cinema and I was very impressed! Such friendly staff, lovely clean areas and comfortable seating. I went for a birthday treat to watch Matilda and I absolutely loved it! Such an amazing film/musical. It brought back lots of memories and had me filling up with tears in my eyes at the end. A perfect way to spend an afternoon.

   It was a great experience 4dx with very nice movie effects. Decent prices and good products except nachos with cheese, they have the worst nachos ever and that cheese have more vegetables taste than the cheese.
