Comfortable seats, cheap, good enough screen size and sound quality. However, you need to solve this mouse/rat issue. It should take only one report mentioning this for you to care enough to handle it. A mouse/small rat was spotted on screen 6, between seats, and it was going up the walls when the light was on. The staff was informed and seemed to have heard this before and they were not shocked at all or willing to do something to solve the situation.

I came by the cinema on Thursday with my family just to see what movies were playing over the weekend, and we were greeted by Angelos, who completely changed our plans! With his extraordinary communication skills, warmth, and enthusiasm, he convinced us to stay and watch a film and we're so glad he did. We had an amazing time and made great memories as a family. As a sales executive, I can confidently say that Angelos has genuine talent. His passion for what he does and the way he connects with people truly stand out.

Avoid this cinema - whilst the facilities themselves are decent, on multiple occasions I have experienced other customers talking throughout the movie, on their phones, and allowing their phones to flash/ding when getting messages. When leaving yesterday I also almost got hit by a flying sweet from the pick&mix that someone threw whilst a staff member was around (so was clearly one of their friends) and no one said anything. Disgraceful. AVOID AVOID AVOID and spend your money elsewhere.

Last week I visited this cinema and was utterly appalled, if I could rate it no stars I would. We were going to go and see a film in screen 5 and walking in the room was utterly filthy! Staff were just coming out after cleaning it as well, which shows they either haven't been properly trained or do not care about their jobs. I had to brush nearly a handful of popcorn of mine and my partners seat! Once the film began and the room went dark I saw something tiny dart between the seats in front of me, I thought I was seeing things but in less than 15 minuets I counted roughly 6 rats, all of them different sizes so it wasn't just one running back and fourth. My partner went to go and tell a member of staff and this staff member didn't care at all and said 'oh yeah, we just have a rat problem.' After a rat ran right next to our feet we decided we couldn't do it anymore and promptly left the screen. Whilst the staff at the counter did give a refund and free tickets to use at a different vue, I think their lack of caring about the serious health and safety hazard was absolutely insane. I could've quite easily contracted leptospirosis if a rat had peed on the popcorn I had brushed off my seat when entering if I hadn't washed my hands, this is a serious disease that could easily kill an adult and if vue does not take action on this I would hate to see a child play the 5 second rule with some popcorn they dropped and pass away. Please take action on this and close screen 5 and any other screen affected and hire exterminators to fix the issue and teach your staff how to better clean and handle the situation.

A decent 12 screen multiplex cinema situated on the top floor of a shopping mall. Never very busy on weekdays especially in the afternoons. A little bit on the shabby side but the screens are mostly large and of decent quality and sound is generally good. Seats aren't the most comfortable - particularly the VIP seats but they offer the best view points. Quite often though my viewing experience has been marred by people constantly talking - as is the case at most cinemas these days.

Honestly never again. Worst experience ever. I was in screen 7 back row. First of all the cinema room was really small which made me feel really claustrophobic. The 4 seats at the end were really close together. The two girls sitting next to us were vaping, talking and on their phone, ruined my whole experience. The food was worse Medium popcorn in a XS box outrages for the amount spent. Nachos cheese tasted really off. Iβm used to odeon cinema even thought itβs more pricey itβs so worth it. Customer service at Vue was non existent when tried letting an employee know he was on his phone and didnβt seem to care

Excellent cinema experience. Clean and comfortable seats in screen 2. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food options - pricey but usual for cinema. Easily accessed from Finchley Road tube station

The air in the theatre is stuffy, you can barely breath in there. The screen is ultra small. The seats are old and dirty. The seats are too far away from the screen. It is light years away from anything good as cinema. Never again.

If you have children, I strongly advise going somewhere else. This place had teenagers shouting, screaming, running around, constantly moving seats, playing music, ruining the whole experience. To the point of it being ridiculous. Staff did nothing. I complained. Nothing. I contacted their Head Office. Nothing. Rude emails back, essentially saying "tough luck", no offer of any making up. It is wholly unsuitable as a cinema. You want safety and security when with your children. This does not offer that. Find another cinema, any cinema, or stay home and rent from there. This was not worth it in any way, shape, or form. Vue should be ashamed of how they operated that day, and also how their staff "followed up". A truly disgusting experience.

Its a mall and the tip floor is reserved for vue cinema. They have ticket counter from where one can get tickets on the spit and there are machines to collect online booked tickets as well. There are food counters to binge and the screen and cinema hall is quite huge. Overall experience i would say is kind of good.
