   Extremely disappointing experience. I travelled 30 miles to visit this Cineworld, only to find that the cinema smelled unpleasant and the seats were dirty and clearly haven’t been deep-cleaned in a long time. This is completely unacceptable, especially given the ticket prices at Cineworld. I watched an action movie, but the sound system was appalling, poorly balanced and ineffective, which completely ruined the experience. Sound is essential for this type of film, and because of the poor audio quality, I did not enjoy the movie at all. This visit was a huge waste of time and money. I now have to book another cinema to watch the same movie, something I should not have to do after travelling such a long distance.

   I went there to watch a movie for the 1st time in Cineworld and experience was terrible all the seats I booked with my friends were absolutely disgusting to watch … I’m attaching the photos below. We had the same movie in Vue even at a cheaper price which was priced at £5.99 but it was an extra 10mins so we decided to come here at Cineworld feltham. Each ticket we bought was £11.99. Saying that it was more expensive, it gave us. Even after they charge so much extra they give such a bad customer experience. It’s really disappointing to see that one of the most popular cinemas could be as bad as a pig shelter.

   The team need to understand that people come to cinema for the experience and not the movie itself. I went there last Sunday to watch Laalo movie with my family. -> The screen 3 was cold; no heating was on. - >Sound quality is poor. I mentioned to one of the staff members to increase the volume, but no action was taken. -> They should also have a comfortable booster seat. It was just hard plastic. -> Picture quality was a bit dull as well, I think it was a brightness issue.

   We travelled more than 35 miles to watch a movie, Kantara, and were extremely disappointed with the experience at this cinema. We were in Screen 7, where the picture quality was terrible, looked like a pirated copy rather than a proper cinema. About 45 minutes into the movie, the sound system failed completely. We could only hear the background music but not the dialogue, which ruined the whole experience. The seating was also awful and very cramped with hardly any legroom, and each time someone needed to pass, everyone in the row had to stand up. What made it worse was the poor management. No one informed the audience about the technical issue or took quick action to fix it. When we complained, it took ages to get a response, and by then we had missed a large part of the film. We eventually walked out during the interval. All the management could do was give two replacement ticket if we walked out to use again. A complete waste of time for us. The cinema should properly test their screens and sound systems before showing movies.

   The movie was absolutely amazing – great storyline, strong performances, and stunning visuals. Really enjoyed every moment! However, the seat wasn’t very comfortable, which made it a bit hard to sit through the whole film. Would love to see better seating next time. ⸻ Let me know if you’d like a 4-star version instead, or want to mention the name of the movie.

   Only plus here is free parking but that’s the retail park not the cinema. Cinema has not been refurbished ever, seats are louder than the movie, screens are not as bright or as loud as you would expect for a cinematic Cineworld experience. The cinema lobby is basic and the toilets are shocking. Staff are polite but you can tell they have had enough of the 420 loving movie goers. Will stick to my local cinema.

   This is one of the old Cineworld cinemas in London I guess. Screens are close to the audience and seating is not in a high area like we all are used to. But they do have many movies available and staff and facilities are also good. Have a great amount of parking area outside the cinemas.

   The seats are not comfortable and need refurbishment. Seats make quite a bit of noise when you move around, and seats are packed with dust it’s like a biohazard. Avoid if you can! I can’t quite stress how bad the seating positioning is, and it hurts your back! This place shouldn’t be open, and one of their screens is so small and they charge standard fee for it’ Overall much better to find near by other cineworld..
