   Went to see the housemaid last night in Screen 5. The cinema was filthy and the chairs were covered in stains and crumbs. There was a toilet smell throughout the cinema which was definitely coming from the air conditioning. We had to move seats as the ammonia smell was so strong. It’s a shame as we have previously used this cinema a lot and not had an experience as bad as this. The movie itself was great though!

   Ambiance , screen , staffs were good. Free parking after 6pm was cherry on the cake. Something to note big size movies like more than 3hrs definitely should have a break time but they don't keep intermission time. That way movie gets over before mid night.

   Lovely local cinema, I’m a regular here. Great prices, only £6.99 even cheaper online. Big screens with excellent speakers, enriches the big screen experience. Food is a mixed bag, nachos are decent though. Customer service is excellent, very friendly & attentive staff.

   I attended this place with my partner to watch The Strangers: Chapter 2. When we arrived, the man at the front desk asked to check my partner’s bag. That was fine — it’s his job, and she opened her bag to show him the contents. He said it was okay. However, I couldn’t help but notice that another customer — a white man behind us — was carrying an orange Sainsbury’s bag, which was not see-through. Despite this, he was not asked to have his bag checked and walked straight through. This made it very clear to me that the decision to check my partner’s bag was not random, but based on race and appearance — as we are Black and Asian. We are regulars here, and this was reported to the manager, who listened to what we had to say and came across as very professional. I want to stress that most staff are always polite and welcoming — especially those at the concession stands. The issue was solely with the man at the main entrance, whose actions felt discriminatory and disrespectful. We come here regularly to enjoy new movies, and we should not be treated differently because of our skin colour. There is no problem with staff doing bag checks — that is part of their role — but it must be applied fairly to everyone. Picking and choosing who to check based on race or appearance is wrong, and it needs to stop so that no one else experiences the same treatment.

   Best cinema around, very reasonable prices and great experience. Great selection of food and drinks. Parking is free after 6pm which is added bonus. I am a regular and enjoy many movies here.

   Love it here. Has 10 screens. Good choices of snacks and drinks during the movie. Has the wet signs when floors were wet, like the customer service. Cinema was clean and looked after. Screen attendants during movies made me feel safe. Excellent choices of movies to watch. Easy on the prices doesn't break the bank like other cinema places.

   Visited 1st time. The place is clean and tidy. Relatively easy to get around. Went with the super saver seats...they were pretty hard to sit on for the duration but that's probably just me. For the price of tickets would go again.

   Recently been to Staines Cinema vue to see Avatar 2, it is by far one of the best cinemas I've been in in comparison to the cinemas I've been to in France. The image quality, surround and sound clarity were crisp. You can actually feel the vibration run and around through you. Nice disposition of the room, I liked the VIP chair that enhanced the experience. Those of you that have a sweet tooth, sweets and candies paradise waiting at the first floor next to the tilts. And very reasonable pricing !
