   McConnells is a professional, welcoming and reliable letting agent that I am glad to have met. The whole team, especially Lisa and Claire, have been very helpful and I would highly recommend them. Their communication has been excellent throughout. At the viewing they were very knowledgeable about the property and could answer all the questions I had. I was able to meet the maintenance team they use on their properties, and they were also friendly. I knew I would be in good hands should any issues arise. At the key collect they were very welcoming, and it was a pleasant atmosphere. You feel valued when you are there and you are not rushed. At McConnells, they create an experience where you are not simply renting a property, you are renting a home.
