Where to start, the staff were grumpy, they shut the Kiosk at 9pm when there was an 8.15 movie running until 10:30 so no snacks available during the film, then stood and ignored me for a good couple of minutes before telling me it was shut. The layout online was not accurate so the seats we booked in the middle of the screen were actually in line with the left hand edge of it. And to top it all off, Β£9.30 for a bottle of lager! Will not be going again.

It's a shame to rate only 2 stars, but the 2 stars comes down to the rude staff member's behaviour. The cinema itself is a nice and clean environment. We watched our show in the screen with the comfy and reclining seats and the film was brilliant too. This was all great. Hadn't we been spoken to in passive aggressive and rudely manor, I would be inclined to rate a 5 star review. The gentleman that served us for our tickets, was polite and friendly. The young lady who initially greeted us with a smile, was unexpectedly rude and condescending. Which really did put a dampener on our experience. When we sat down, we thought about going out and getting some more sweets, but decided against it because we didn't want the hassle and upset from the staff member. We were unimpressed and disappointed.

Used to enjoy this place but visiting yesterday was enough to not go back again. Place is clean enough and looks good but thatβs it.. Very overpriced. Β£19 for kids combo. NO fresh popcorn, only sealed tubs. Asked for water with the kids combo but was told no, they HAD to have a soft drink!! and we wonder why health is decliningβ¦ Zero customer skills to the women on tills, very awkward and having to pay at two different tills for the tickets and then for the food is an extra step not needed. And absolutely no ambience to the place, just felt like a ghost town and really awkward. Shame as itβs a nice looking place but I will happily drive an extra 20 mins to a different cinema with better atmosphere and a lot cheaper.

First time at Nova after the larger cinema chains (Odeon, Vue, Cineworld) did not have the combination of shows we wanted. It was a pleasant experience and despite the movie day special, their prices are still slightly higher than the others. The plus for us is that it's located in a shopping and down centre with convenient access to many food outlets. Parking charges are reasonable at the Peacocks shopping complex. Would definitely come back again, especially when there are alternate-themed shows.

Came to see the horror movie βtogetherβ had a really good, so itβs such a shame there was only 3 other couples other than us in the screening.. it was deadβ¦which I canβt complain about as it was more relaxing but I do worry for the companies future, the staff here are so polite and friendly, they are a credit to the company

Firstly I would like to say that the cinema is really nice. Clean, spacious and overall very modern decor. However the main reason I am leaving this review was that my 10 year old son accidentally went out the fire escape instead of the exit when trying to find the toilet during the movie. I contacted the staff that he was missing and they were absolutely fantastic. Like a well oiled machine they all came to help and contacted the shopping centre security. Eventually my son was found A little shaken but otherwise fine. I canβt thank the staff of Nova and the security in the Peacock centre enough. They were utmost professional and really genuinely caring. Thank you.

Great screens, sound and public areas, but I only go if they are showing something I canβt use my Cineworld card for as a ticket costs nearly as much as my entire monthβs subscription (yes I know Cineworld may be no more very soon). If they offered and unlimited card, I would be there all the time.

My family and I love the updated cinema in Woking, hence the 5* review. Courteous, friendly staff, immaculate facilities - couldn't ask for more. Shout out to Oliver at Woking who was quick to rectify a mistake I had made with a booking this week. Cinemas need to flourish, nothing beats the experience (and we saved for a TV the size of a small car).

Newly refurbished. So lovely and clean! Really good cinema, comfy seats with lots of space. Cheaper than usual snacks I thought with beer and wine available too. Screen was huge, picture and sound quality all excellent. I will come here again. Much nicer experience and highly recommended. Parking only Β£1.50 for all evening too.

This lovely cinema has excellent chairs and a good ambiance. It's expensive but it is an independent cinema, so you should expect to pay more. Adult tickets can be Β£16.50, which might seem impossible if you're used to paying Β£4.99 at Vue. But there's no Vue in Woking, so this is the only local option.
